Totally horrible, we went and very bad attention from the waitresses. I couldn't give 0 stars because I couldn't, but if I could I would do it without thinking about it, I would never return to this place even if I was very hungry.

The food was great, but it was very hot inside and they didn't have soap in the bathroom.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Knoxville. The food is made to order and legit, but the ordering process can be so hit or miss. There is definitely a language barrier, which I understand, but sometimes I feel they can be a little rude (depending on who it is). I like it when they have their children running the register bc they can translate better.

Hole-in-the-wall place I'm Puerto Rican so I thought I would try this place sabor Latino as the name makes it sound like it's not more like Cuban Puerto Rican Honduran but just turns out to be another Mexican restaurant chicharron translated to English is pork rinds I had their yuca and chicharron plate last night you are not getting chicharron it's just fried pork chunks and it's dry and flavorless and the yuca is flavorless and not fully cooked I also got there Bistec encebollado sounded like the Cuban dish that I used to love back in Miami if you look up a Cuban Bistec encebollado it is nothing like what you will get at this place hear you're getting garden asada with sauteed onions on top and the meat is dry and hard the only thing tasty about it is the onions the Mexican rice did have some good flavor to it and was cooked right but overall I will never visit this place again highly disappointed and overall we have enough Mexican restaurants in Knoxville I wish somebody would open up a Puerto Rican or Cuban restaurant here give it a try if you want but I do not recommend this place a waste of$26

Pros: Food tasted good and seemed fresh. Food is made to order. Cashier/waitress was nice. Prices are reasonable, and there’s a good amount of food that comes out. Pupusas, chicharron with yuca and salad were great, compared to other Central American food I’ve had in California. Good choice of bottled beverages including tropical fruit juices.Cons: Doesn’t seem to follow health codes, boxes of food stored in the middle of the floor. Tables aren’t wiped down, just overall dirty even though it smells like bleach. Only bottled beverages, so no water cups offered or refills. Because food is made to order, it takes half an hour before it gets to your table. Conclusion: Come here if you don’t mind messy relative vibes with gambling slot machines, or get takeout to have some good Central American food.

Delicioso! The pupusas & pastelitos with slaw & salsa were amazing! These were some of the best pupusas I've ever had, and my first time trying pastelitos. We will be back often for more yummy goodness!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food is delicious. It's my new favorite place to eat. I will drive from Anderson County to eat there.

This place is a mix between a sparse convenience store and a hole in the wall restaurant. But, if one looks past the informality, one would see a place where workers and families stop on for some tasty, home style South American food. I picked up a burritas hondureñas, which was like a corn tortillas sandwich filled with meat, eggs, beans, cheese, and avocado. It was good but the hot sauce on the table kicked it up a notch. The papusas were everything one could want and more. Cheesy, thick, and topped with a tangy curtido. I left feeling pleasantly plump and happy to see a place like this on my quick trip through Knoxville.

I’ve had food from a couple different Central American countries…. This is one of the best and it’s in Tennessee!

LEGIT pupusaria! I lived in central america for 5 years, I know a good pupusa. If you love pupusas come here. If you've never tried a pupusa, your life starts now!
