Their registers are down a lot, not employees fault, BUT every time it happens they do not put a sign out front before the drive-through to inform you before getting in line. Once you’re in the drive-through line, you cannot get out, they have a small sign where you order but it would be nice not to have to wait in line for 15 mins first before being informed they can’t take cards… when I mentioned them adding a sign out front their response was “people don’t read”… k.

I can understand being over worked or frustrated for working in a very high paced environment, but the customer service here is beyond poor. I'm not going to write a long and lengthy review of what I experienced and why, but it looked like all of the employees are miserable that not one could even crack a smile let alone, acknowledge customers (not including the cashiers) with an inquiry of where there beverage may be.

Couldn't make a venti cold brew with sweet cream foam, asked to have it made right (black coffee on ice with foam) and they poured some of the incorrectly made drink off the top and put foam on it and handed it back to me. Why?Edit to owner response;I did ask them to remake it, I literally watched the woman pour some off the top and add the foam then handed it back to me.There is no excuse for this behavior, and your automatic response is honestly low effort as well, Do better.

I LOVE Starbucks!! But I got a pink drink, and I got so sick!! My stomach hurt and I threw up. I'm not sure if it was just a coincidence, because I've had the same thing before. Just please make sure none of this happens again.

Not a warm atmosphere. Robotic interactions with staff, although my father was able to force a smile on the cashier. Order came out quickly, but thankfully we checked the order, as it was incomplete.
Consistent coffee and espresso drink optionsave snacks. Nice place to meet people or hang out.

I never go to Starbucks, only scooters or the local coffee shops in Sweetwater. Kid up front with the dark, curly hair was friendly and didn’t get annoyed with my nervous energy trying to figure out which drink there was similar to the one at scooters. Which is their pink drink with a little green tea added. Scooters Strawberry Açaí w/coconut milk is still better, but I did enjoy the drink and the friendly staff.

We got there at 7:50 and the website says they close at 8:30 PM . Place was locked and the 2 girls were hiding in the back. Great customer service!
