To the Hispanic lady, with a tattoo behind their ear, working the evening of 8/1/2025, you seriously need to reevaluate your life choices. After asking for double toasted sub, she gets an attitude with me, for asking to have it double toasted. After pulling the sub out after it being toasted once, you proceed to complain about needy customers and roll your eyes at me? Then proceeds to Cuss in front of children, is a terrible food service skill to have. I understand you may hate your life working a minimum wage job, as well as hate yourself for not doing better in life, but don’t take it out on the customers.
I see why the custodians were complaining about you and your attitude. If you decide to go here and she’s taking care of you, just leave.

I ordered online, shouldn’t be able to screw that up! I was given the wrong sub, COMPLETELY different from what I ordered. No chips either and I ordered a meal. Unfortunately I was back at my hotel before I realized.

Sept.2,2024 @ 9:51pm, my husband was in the hospital and I went to the cafeteria to subway, there was several people in line and only one subway worker, I don't know his name but his server # is 243696, very nice young man, but one customer treated him very badly, he had made this man a footlong sandwich and as it was toasting he offered to get another couple their soups, this made the man mad and he went off on the server, he said a few choice words and walked out refusing his sandwich, the server tried to explain that he was multitasking till his sandwich got toasted, the man ask for a supervisor and corporates number the server gave the number and apologized which infuriated the man more, it was a shame to treat this young man this way he was very professional and I personally think he deserves a raise, he did nothing wrong,I have never seen a kin or Karen in action and hope to never see it again it was ugly and uncalled for. Hats off to server # 243696, you are awesome and I would definitely have you serve me again all businesses should have more people like you

Employees are nasty they do t wash their hands and they wont change gloves like they are supposse to and they will.not provide their own gloves and every employee has attitude about them and every single employee will smart off to.customers and talk smack.

Ordered ahead and got here 20 minutes later to pick up and order wasn’t ready. 1 girl was working while the rest stood in the back talking and watching the customers but didn’t offer to help. Neither sub was prepared how they were ordered, neither had cheese or were toasted

I work at UT and there is one employee who, night after night, has taken such care with my food and been an absolute sweetheart. She's truly gone above and beyond and is just simply a good human. Main reason I keep coming back near every week!

This store rocks! They're always super busy, but the sandwiches are still quick. All these reviews about the "late" online orders obviously don't understand how online orders work - the app doesn't measure time based on the location's business, but the average time it takes to complete an order at all, anywhere.
