The employee that obviously thought he was getting paid not to work the drive through at 11pm on a Friday tried to tell me beans would take a hour to prepare & they were "closing soon" so that didn't work for him. I went to the Lovell location instead. Guess what? They actually had the lights on AND beans!

I asked for tomatoes and lettuce on my bean burrito. There was only enough of both to cover a quarter sized spot close to one end of the burrito. Not nearly enough for what they charge. Not even enough to get but one one bite with them in it. Very disappointing.

Always enjoy thefood from Taco Bell. Unfortunately, when we got home, we noticed food was missing from the to go bag.
This Taco Bell is exactly what you'd expect and wish for in a Taco Bell. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, fast service, and good food. There are touch screen kiosks where you can scroll the whole menu and order without having to wait at the counter.

Workers were having a fight in the food prep area, didn't care that we were hearing the whole thing. Shift leader was yelling at a co-worker, pretty hostile environment. Coke machine had no ice and a couple drinks out, they didn't feel like fixing it.

My "half full" nacho fries container was lying on a dirty tray. Was told no tray liners. Gross!!!! Then the back was blasting swift competing with the floor music. Gave back fries...offered them in a paper bag. Told them looked half eaten.
Place has lost its edge. Used to be wonderful. You now need to plan 30min-1hr if you want Taco Bell, which defeats the purpose.

Went around 8:30 pm on Saturday. Cinnabon Delights were rock hard and completely inedible. Probably made hours before.

A little slow at times but they are near a high school so I think they can get overrun unexpectedly.

Crunchwraps are often good, but not the best. Probably in the top 3 of all Knoxville Taco Bells. Farragut's has better crunchwraps, but this one has better tacos.
Will definitely start using this Taco Bell instead of the one in Lenoir City. Didn’t have to wait for Jesus to come back to get our food.
