Sad, just sad. Minimal contents in the double stuffed taco and barely any cheese in the CHEESE quesadilla. Do

They sent me a drink with a name on it that definitely didnt match my name on my ticket and was the wrong item as well. Only got a dollar back for a 3 dollar drink I ordered.

I got a beefy melt burrito. I took it out of the wrapper and started to eat it while driving home.. I looked down and there was a giant bite taken out of the other end of it. I called the location I got it from and explained what I found. The lady responded "None of my employees did that. You can bring it back and I'll replace it for you." I informed her that I did not want it replaced I was already 10 minutes away I don't want anything from there. I just wanted her to know that there was a bite taken out of it. She said "no one here did that." I said I'm looking at it and there's a bite taken out of it. She said "Okay, bye"

Taco Bell Lovell was my favorite spot. I've always loved their food for being tasty, quick and affordable. But their taco which is in their brand namesake is shrinking evermore @ ($1.89). Several times I've emplored the drive-through speaker guy/gal to make the tacos I order to look like their advertising on the Taco-Bell drive-through screen. (I don't want them to get dinged for false advertising... right? ). But, what I often get in quantity is a third (or less) of what the advertising looks like. I've complained about this before and it was corrected for a short spell, but went right back to the Jimmy-Down version. It puzzles me to think the person making the tacos is motivated to do this to the customers, they aren't paying for the ingredients. By the same token for a manager to instruct their taco assemblers to use less ingredients than the advertised image can't be maximizing profitability when they lose customers, like me. So, what I draw from this experience is: This problem cannot be fixed.

I like the fact that you can still order at the counter if you wish and not just the kiosk

We had an appreciation week at work, and to start it off this Monday we had a huge variety of Taco Bell items! They were packaged neatly, nice portions, and were a great fun din din. We had tons of packaged sauces. Sweet!

Food is pretty good when you get what you ordered. The problem is getting what your ordered. I ordered a Chicken chalupa supreme and 2 bean burritos. I should have unwrapped the food and checked it before I left the drive through.I got home with the correct receipt in the bag and 5 crunchy tacos. They were not even that busy!

Got my order wrong and charged me for 2 chicken chilupas when I asked for chicken ranch burritos and the guy even repeated it back to me difference of $4 and $9.50.It's not alot of money, but I don't have alot too. The chalupas were cold and had literally barely any chicken in them. I tried to over look this but this is ridiculous when there's no one else to serve at 12 at night

Pit stop conveniently located by the interstate- bathrooms were both clean, I was served immediately upon standing by the counter, my question about a new drink was answered courteously, and my food came out quickly - hot and fresh just for me! Thank you for such a pleasant experience that wasted no time (as we were trying to get home before too late). Excellent service, food, and atmosphere that all exceeded Taco Bell standards.Vegetarian options: Bean burrito and black bean Crunchwrap supreme (Fresca style) are go-to veg options for meParking: Convenient location right off the interstate with ample parking spots

Waited in the drive-thru line for 10-15 minutes and not a single car moved. Watched 4-5 other cars leave the line because they got tired of waiting and saw no movement whatsoever. Tried the lobby, the door was unlocked so I walked in and saw 3 employees sitting at the register doing nothing but chatting, and they told me the lobby was closed and they must’ve forgotten to lock the door. Went straight to the Taco Bell 1 mile away at Walbrook and even though there were 10 cars in line, the employees were competent and the line moved very quickly. In and out in 10 minutes.

Usually Taco Bell's can be hit or miss, but mostly miss. Not this one! If only there was one where I live in NC that's as nice as this one!I was greeted by a very pleasant young woman who quickly took my order and I went to fill up my drink cup. Unfortunately the Baja Blast Zero was out, but that's ok. I know it's a really popular drink. As I sat waiting for my food I looked around the dining area and noted how clean it was! I'll give them five stars just for that!In no time flat my order was up and it was prepared perfectly, the beefy melt burrito. Tasty! All I can say is, keep up the good work!
