Closing hours are erratic. If you go after 6pm, they will be closed. Imagine a Taco Bell closing at sundown ?. Today they were closed at 4:50pm. Claimed they were out of food....really. The very worst ever TB ever. Avoid this location, as will I. No Stars here

This one is REALLY hit or miss. Sometimes the food is fresh and tasty while other times, it is cold/stale and they get the order wrong. I have had missing items, wrong items, special requests unmet, etc. I think it really depends on who's working Lol!

I love Taco Bell I've always loved Taco Bell I can't say nothing bad about it I just wish they would bring back taco salad and you can get filled up real cheap too couse they got a for real dollar menu. It's great for people who are low income or fixed budget ???

DO NOT EAT HERE! Go to the Lovell Rd or Walbrook Taco Bells. The wait time is ridiculous here. The employees (and apparently management) are extremely lazy! Avoid this store like the plague.
Basically lost all faith in every fast food establishment near cedar bluff besides the dunkin donuts. I don't even bother to go down that strip for food anymore, it's worth the extra drive.Sad to see cedar bluff become the armpit of west knoxville but just look at the staff of any restaurant along that strip.I'd rather go to lovell road where the employees have teeth and will remember simple orders.

Hard rice in the burritos. Cold food. All the nachos were broken crumbs. Long wait for drive thru even with no other cars. Portions are always off. One Employee last time was literally rubbing on his stomach with his shirt pulled up just standing around. There is no consistency here. The quality has rapidly went down hill. I will just made the drive to Lovell rd from now on.

Do yourself a favor and check you bag before you leave...even when they repeat the order as they are giving you the bag. Takes most of your lunch break to get through the line and makes for a long day when you don’t eat because you got the wrong order. Needs to be on the....You had one joblist
