Time after time I think this location is gonna be better than the time before. It always seems to prove me wrong. I've had my order filled incorrectly more times than correct. Not to mention when you go later in the day. If its wrong and you catch it before you make it all the way home you have to sit through a drive thru line all over again just to get your missing or incorrect items. It's pretty ridiculous that a fast food lobby closes sooner than 99% of sit down restaurants. Literally spent $23.00 today just to have items made incorrectly.

So I drive a work van that's to big to go threw the drive thru. While I know could order online this was a last minute discussion. The manager ( Starla) came out an took my order and was really professional and nice. Staff here was

Food was OK but still gave me the squirtsVegetarian options: They took the best 2 things they had off the value menu, one was the vegetarian burrito whatchucalit, that was awesome and did not give me squirts (as bad) as the normal menu

This is the best Taco Bell in Knoxville. It's consistent, service is good, and I never feel like there's too much of a wait.
I come here all the time and every visit is just as exceptional as the last. Food is great, it's clean, and the staff is fantastic. I'll come back just for the atmosphere!

I was there last week and if I could give this place zero star I would! First the food was completely cold, the mango tea was going out so it was completely watered down, the gordita was hard as a rock and not to mention the cheese on my taco was moldy. I called and talked to a manager they said they would put my name on some sort of list for the next time I came in and when I did manage to go back, they have no record of my name in the book so I decided not to order.
