I've been here a few times and I just keep being brought back to their smoked bologna. I know most people dont care for bologna but you need to try it from here if you're willing! My coworkers like many of the things on the menu so im sure you'll find something you like here!
The space can accommodate larger groups but mind the time you're coming in. They can get really busy so if you're concerned, just give them a call!

Long story short, I brought my 15yo son down to a Corey Smith concert as part of his birthday celebration. He and I decided to include his girlfriend and take her along with us. The events of our evening began when we were attempting to purchase tickets at the gate. I wanted to purchase 3 tickets which would have been $105. I wanted to pay $100 cash and put the remaining $5 on my card. The lady was insistent that they don’t do such a thing and at first recommended that I go inside and use their ATM to obtain the remaining money. I then informed her that I have 2 teens with me and I’m not leaving them alone. We were finally able to settle things and get our tickets. Later in the evening my son had escorted his girlfriend to the restroom which was within eyeshot of where I was sitting. She had an upset stomach and eventually vomited outside of the restrooms. When my son asked for help, a gentleman approached and asked if she had been drinking…. A 14YO KID… ok… it’s that type of establishment and that’s probably something they deal with frequently so I let it go. The gentleman then overheard her tell my son that it could be a virus or bug that she didn’t know but her stomach was upset. Now, back up a couple of hours and she had eaten a spicy chicken sandwich from Chick Fil A (the likely culprit). The gentleman who came then called the “lady in charge” and mentioned to her that someone had vomited and it could possibly be a virus or bug. During this time, my son and his girlfriend had made their way back to me. We were later approached by 3 gentlemen wearing staff uniforms and informed that “the lady in charge” wanted for us to leave due to it potentially being a virus or bug. No refund was offered or received after driving 2 hours to see a show for my son’s 15th birthday. Kudos The Shed Smokehouse & Juke Joint, I will not be patronizing either of your establishments in the future.

It might be a bit hard to tell where Harley Davidson ends and the BBQ begins, but it's worth finding. I tried the sampler platter with 4 kinds of meat. All were winners. Their zippy mustard sauce is tasty, too, without toasting the tonsils.

We walked in. Right behind someone else. Person who walked in before us was acknowledged. Bar tenders was speaking to her. We sat at bar for a few minutes waiting. Still was never acknowledged. Bar tenders both had there back to us. Got up and left!! Won't be back. First impressions are lasting impressions.
This was, unfortunately, the worst BBQ I’ve ever had. We ordered a rack of ribs that were so dry, tough, and crusty they were nearly impossible to bite through—almost as if they were old leftovers from the day before. I had to send them back. What stood out was that despite a few hundred people being there for a concert, my wife and I seemed to be the only ones who ordered food. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was great, but whoever manages this establishment really needs to take a hard look at what’s coming out of the kitchen.

My wife looked up BBQ places in Maryville with high ratings and saw The Shed Smokehouse. We figured with the over 4 star rating they gotta have good BBQ…. No.
I’m by no means an expert on smoking meat but after ordering a rack of ribs all I could smell was char…I’d be surprised if these ribs weren’t grilled over propane or charcoal. There wasn’t much flavor… and some portions of the rack were too dry to even attempt to eat. Sauce tasted like it more than likely came out of a sweet baby rays bottle…The Mac n’ cheese was even worse. Just as dry as the ribs..even less flavor.
