Worst customer service I have experienced in an Exxon or Baskin Robbins. Just left. Tried to have conversation with sales lady at reg about how we order the badminton ribbons. She was rude, didn't want to be there. Said something about being hard having to come in after working until midnight. I asked where do we order, she said honey, just tell me what you want. I told her a med chocolate milkshake and a chocolate sugar cone with one scoop of vanilla. She put vanilla in a bowl and sat ice cream cone on top. After her associate making a chocolate fudge milkshake it was so liquified. We asked if they could remake it and was told my associate she couldn't go to freezer to pull it right now. Another associate was there checking out and told me that they were just out of chocolate and we would have to pick something else. I started looking and asked the younger associate what flavors were in the tubs cause nothing is marked. Melissa said she would just help me but the younger started calling out what was in the tubs. Nothing that he would drink. So I asked for a refund. During this time, my ice cream is a melted mess. I go back and wait to be refunded. They lady started checking others out. She finally motioned with her hand at me, I said who me? She said yes, so I went up and she refunded the milk shake. I threw the vanilla cup/cone mess in trash outside. I don't usually post reviews but when they are this bad! I have no choice. I pray they have a better day. We aren't used to being treated this way. Our Shell ladies on Hey 8 in Grenada tell us to have the BEST day. This Exxon could use some customer service pointers. Wish I would have gotten pictures of this watery mess. Don't waste your time or money here.

Updated the rating from 1 star : the manager called me and offered to make it right. I turned down the offer because I did not want to return to that location, but I really appreciate the gesture.The older lady was very rude. She was yelling for another employee, very loud and unprofessionally. Then, she told people in line "yall just have to wait ". Then, after waiting in line with my child for about 10 min to get a milk shake, she said the blenders needed to be washed so she will not be making milk shakes. No apology, no offer to wash them while we wait...nothing. it was terrible. Very lazy and rude woman!

I've been looking for Ube Coconut Swirl at local Baskin-Robbins and I finally found it! I thought this one wouldn't have it since it was smaller and would have limited flavors. I ordered a two-scoop cup with Cherries Jubilee and Ube Coconut Swirl! Both were delicious...I am sad that the Ube Coconut Swirl is a monthly flavor. Come celebrate Asian Pacific American Month (starts May 1) early by eating this delicious ice cream. Hurry because this flavor will be gone at the end of April!

Me and my husband (2 diesel trucks)where waiting at the gas station For a pump for 20minutes waiting for the diesel tank there and noticed a truck standing with no one in it and after 20 min I went inside concerned if it was abandoned or broke down and the cashier said no it's just a local talking to his neighbor in here . I still need diesel

Gas station Baskin-Robbins can be hit or miss. It was a pretty slow day so we got service right away. Our server was very nice and gave my daughters samples of whatever they wanted with a smile on her face. On my visit I give this location solid marks on everything. Of course, it could go without saying but all of our choices were, with no surprise, delicious.
I’ve been there 3 times in the past couple of weeks, and each time it’s gotten worse. The service is always slow, the order has been messed up twice, and the attitude of the young lady fixing the order was pitiful. Maybe they should learn that without customers they wouldn’t have a job.

They should list themselves as closed. Apparently they’re too short staffed and have nobody working. All the ice cream is out like it’s ready to be served, yet nobody came to the counter and the store cashier claims nobody is working there now.
