Part of our food was pretty good, and part of it just wasn’t good at all. For the price I was expecting a little better quality. The building and interior is nice and our waitress was excellent. However, the older waitress who checked us out was rude.

I love eating here and the owners and always get good service, HOWEVER, I arrive on Sat night just a few minutes before 9pm, a server who is sweeping the floor looks at me like I just ruined her night by showing up. It's CLEARLY POSTED on the door business hours open until 10pm! So I asked her if they were open until 10, and she said she didn't even know, so another person comes out from the kitchen and says they are, but I wouldn't be able to get coffee nor a salad. This is unacceptable! If it's posted you are open until 10pm, then ALL menu items SHOULD BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 10! Now, I could understand had I walked in at, say, 10 or 15 minutes until 10 or maybe even 9:30, but there was a GOOD HOUR until closing time, with even a few minutes over. I LOVE this place but that is NOT GOOD BUSINESS! A few others have complained about this as well. If it's posted and advertised business hours until 10pm, then customers should expect JUST THAT!

I have worked in many restaurants in my day, and I am a regular foodie at heart. I came in on Saturday evening. I ate a meat lovers with banana peppers and extra cheese and pizza sticks. This place was absolutely amazing. From the food, to it’s cleanliness, to its service. My waitress was phenomenal, but more so than that, all the waitresses on the floor served me, or checked on me in some way, as well. I also noticed they were doing this for all tables too. Their personalities were friendly AND professional, even when people attempted to get snippy. Super impressed with the ladies at Gondala. Truly felt taken care of there. Must go.
P.S. try the baklava cheesecake and the seven sins cake!!. You’re welcome in advance!

Me & grandson whose autistic waited 4 a long time w/hardly any1 there. Empty tables all around. Finally some1 came made us wait again sayin they had 2 clean a table. Drink had 2 much carbonation & no taste, Manicotti seemed smaller & tons of cheese hard 2 get on a fork. Wanted a box 4 t/kids chicken but after 30 mins no1. we left. It ruined his day. He hit his head 30 times b/c of waiting.
