Terrible customer service. They only pour 1/4 of a shot but charge you full price. When we asked about it, they were very rude and said the bartender was new and still learning. They did not, however, give us the remaining amount of alcohol we payed for. Do not recommend!!

This place is so bad. I will not be going here again. There were no spaces to park, so we had to park in the back of the building. My cousin called the place a "whole in the wall", and that's exactly what it is. It's small and ghetto as hell. When we first got there the host had an attitude. It took the waiter about 15 minutes just to come serve us. The chips they gave us were cold. Everybody know the tortilla chips suppose to be warm. That's what most people come for. The food took even longer to come. The food and drinks were ok. It's definitely over hyped.

New Year’s Eve was my first time wanting to try them out… and NEVER WILL I EVER AGAIN‼️ when I say the service is BOTTOM OF THE BARREL, that’s what I mean. We sat down waiting to be served and when I say the waitress was walking pass like we were ghost…THATS WHAT I MEAN‼️ I even said “excuse me excuse me” baaaaby SHE WAS DEAF THEN‼️ it was HORRIBLE GUYS‼️ 40 minutes… for 40 minutes they had us just sitting there as they walked passed, not to mention the waitress outside SMOKING like she NOT ON THE CLOCK‼️ PISS POOR HORRIBLE GUYS‼️ didn’t even ask us did we want anything to drink…. We just got up and left, and security had audacity to ask for a receipt ?? NO ONE. CAME TO SERVE US‼️I BELIEVE THEY ONLY SERVE FAMILY MEMBERS AND PEOPLE THEY KNOW CAUSE NO ONE TENDED TO OUR TABLE AND THE PLACE WAS PRETTY EMPTY….DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I didn't take photos of the chimichanga I ordered, but it will be my first and last experience going there. The food was not good. I have passed this restaurant many times and decided to give it a try yesterday. It honestly has a club feel to it. It was very dark when you walk in, people smoking heavily inside and outside, security at the door, cover charge at specific times and loud music. Now I can't say if it's the norm daily, but it was yesterday. The server was nice and welcoming. I ordered the food which felt warm so I was like ok it's fine. When I got home, the food looked and tasted old. Not fresh at all. The cheese looked like a glaze, the chicken was not seasoned at all, and the bread was chewy. Well, needless to say I couldn't eat it and I threw it away. I didn't feel like calling to speak to a manager or anything because I am tired of getting bad food. However, someone else experiences maybe better than mine. I just wanted to express mine. Thanks for reading ?

Absolutely horrendous management! They were trying to charge us per person to get into the restaurant after 7p on a Saturday! The lady sitting at the front taking the money had an awful demeanor. I asked to clarify that we're being charged to sit down and eat a family dinner and she responded by telling me that if I don't like it I can get out of the restaurant. *Still in shock*. She was even charging diners that were trying to get back in when they had just gone to get something out of their cars.This might a Memphis thing, but I would NEVER spend my money on an establishment run this way. Wow.I hope y'all are able to turn it around and truly be a respectable establishment

Me & my sis was there last night. It was a pretty cool vibe. The food was good. The drinks were delicious. Our server was a nice guy who brought us our food quick. The only thing I would say is the music. They could do better with their music selection. It appeals more to the younger crowd. Also, they kept playing the same artist.
