I wanna thank the night shift Mrs Ebony for her help and support God Bless you the lady came through the drive thru and didn’t have enough to pay for my full order I tried to charge it to a kids meal she paid the rest for me again thank you so
Philly steak n cheese with garlic auoli was awful. Steak was chewy and had no seasoning. The fries had all the salt poured over them. They should have used some of the salt on the meat in the sandwich. The peach lemonade was good. The guy at the window with the long dreads was nice and cool.
I ordered a Dog Burger meal and the price on the menu was 11.99, I continued to the drive-thru area and riveting up 12.39..the manager would not change the price only stated that they was aware of the price on the drive-thru board. I paid for the meal got home and the burger was not done. I tried to call the store to inform the manger of the burger, the phone number rung like a fax machine. I was crossed town.therefore I couldn’t drive back. This is really ridiculous.

In the past Arby's was a great alternative to the usual fast food restaurants. The food was good, fast, fresh, and available. Not anymore! Well, at least not at this location. The fries were cold, chicken breast was hard and dry, and the soda tasted like water mostly. The service was great though. The worker at the window was courteous and quick. She needs to leave there!

We live close to many fast food places. It’s terrible bc we have tried most of them. Mainly our order was always wrong and cold. We would get home and find out it was wrong. We now make sure to check b-4 we leave. We both love Arby’s so we decided to give it a try! How refreshing it was to finally find a place that went out of their way to make sure our order was correct! The food was fresh and so delicious-we were so impressed! We go once a week now and now they know us! They go out of their way to get our order right and they are all so very nice. Thanks Arby’s!! ?
