italian food and service at this place is great. Service is always timely even when they have a full house. I will probably become a regular. It has a good atmosphere. They have a lot of great reviews for a reason.

Food is sub par and a poor value.Drinks are pretty good.Owner is exceeding rude.

Not that good. The cocktails are amazing and the wine list is good but that's it, the food is not bad, some items are good but it's mostly mediocre. A real shame. Some of the good items are just cheese and the cheese should get the rating not the restaurant.Great service though

Morgan is an absolutely amazing bartender and her knowledge of alcohol is unparalleled. I love their orzo dish in particular and the bartenders never disappoint when it comes to a wine pairing with meals or any of their divine cocktails. I prefer sitting at the bar area since the dining room feels a little stuffy to me.

Food was ok. They have a great wine selection and the cocktails are good. We really liked their pasta a la carbonara but the rest was ok. They have good service and their ambiance is nice

Wish we had the lower expectations walking into this place, unfortunate that we choose to celebrate our wedding anniversary in BARI solely because the reviews on “open table” ARE misleading and inaccurate.Creamy bell paper portobello mushroom Soup was not creamy at all, my carbonara was extremely SALTY and dry and fish did not taste fresh. We decided to not waste our time on desert since all other courses where so disappointing.Bobby, waiter, was a nice guy and service was fine even thou no one acknowledged our anniversary not even a word and my wife made it clear it was our anniversary while making a phone reservation.Overall, if you are looking for an authentic Italian food and Value for your money in Memphis, Bari should not be your preferred choice.

Incredible menu and service. They were so eager to accommodate our vegetarian preferences. Great social distancing in the middle of a lovely space.

Great and friendly service, excellent food. The orange almond tart was a pleasant surprise! So excellent I had to make a meme about it.

Went here two weeks ago and had a wonderful meal. The rigatoni was literally one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had - and I am including Milan and Rome in that comment as well. My girlfriend agreed. Our proteins were excellent as well. Service is always outstanding - professional and friendly, without being pretentious. I've been coming to Bari for 10 years now and always have an excellent experience. One of the best Italian restaurants in the mid-south and certainly my favorite in Memphis!

I'm not sure if this is covid related or so something else but last night my girlfriend and I went in and the food was awful. The service was great and the drinks were good but the food was just bad. We ordered 5 dishes, the burratta, the app special which was fried squash blossoms, the spaghetti carbonara, the sardines and the rapini. Of those 5 the only dish that was passable was the carbonara, and it wasn't great. The squash blossoms were over battered and not trimmed properly. They were served on a plate with nothing else, just tempura and squash blossom. The batter was too thick which resulted in uncooked batter on the inside. The only flavor was tempura and salt. The burratta tasted like it was made with sour milk, had a very off-putting flavor. The carbonara tasted ok but was dry. It looked as if it had very little egg in it. The sardines were burnt. The sardines were left on the grill/in the pan too long and they burnt badly. The fish tasted like charcoal. The rapini has sliced garlic in it that was also badly burnt. The only thing that made this not a completely terrible experience was the service and the drinks. Unless they get their stuff together I would recommend going somewhere else.

Simply wonderful. Authentic Italian! This literallty tastes like southern Italy. Everything on the menu is superb. Excellent wines. I highly recommend the Zucchini Fritters, the lattuga salad, the pasta carbonara, and the buccatini ragu sicillia. This is our go to date night.

Yesterday evening, a friend joined me for dinner at Bari, her first time there. It was clearly one of the finest meals I have had in a long, long time. Expertly prepared and perfectly proportioned, the food was delicious. And the wines! Brandon, our host, (he was so much more that a server) made spot on recommendations, and was totally conversant in every dish we enjoyed, answering any seasoning and preparation questions without ever being intrusive. This is the restaurant for people that understand that the meal is not a stop along the way, but is, in fact, the destination. Bravo, Bari! Thank you for a splendid evening.

Sent a birthday gram to a buddy & his wife this afternoon with salumi, verdure, formaggi, & slushies. They said everything was delicious. Thanks, y'all!!

Always a great experience, cheese and wine selections are plentiful. Hunter is the guy!!! Always a great new drink to introduce. He uses infusions, fresh herbs to build craft cocktails.
