Visited the Cordova location yesterday just before noon. Ordered the #3 meal with sweet tea. I was informed sweet tea was not available due to the boil water directive. Substituted the sweet tea for lemonade and was informed there is an additional charge. Kindly asked if the additional charge could be waived. "Q" Really made my day! She was not only helpful and had phenomenal customer service, when she could tell I was having a bad day, she prayed for me right there! That's going above and beyond. I love everything about this place.

The food was amazing and the costumer service was one of the best. The fry's are so good I could eat them all day!! I got an 12 count with a medium fry and the chick was so good. It is a great place for family's and the best part is that it is a Christian restaurant. I just want to thank Chick-fil-a for an amazing lunch and I will come here any times in the future!!!
