I have ordered here in the past (2023) & was about to order again today until I downloaded the menu & saw A 18% GRATUITY fee would be added to ALL orders .....now East End you know you done messed up right! I will go elsewhere PEOPLE READ THE FINE PRINT CAREFULLY....

To begin, I got takeout. The food is decent prices, and the food looks good(haven’t eaten it yet). The issues I have with this is I got charged 1.50 per item I ordered as a take out fee. The reason this is an issue is because this isn’t mentioned when you order over the phone. I have NEVER been charged more to get food to go instead of eating at the restaurant. Next, they add an 18% service charge for all orders including to go. This completely makes sense for dine in orders but for to go???? Yall aren’t refilling drinks or doing anything extra. Also doing this means no tip most of the time because I’m definitely not tipping after I get charged over 11 dollars in service fees when I got two meals and a slice of pie what a joke. This is a greedy business problem not a staff issue.

This was the worst experience ever. I ordered a melt on Texas toast with just meat, cheese and bacon. When I first got it, I literally tried to pick the onions off, but it was under the meat all in the cheese. I sent it back, they brought it back too, this time it wasn't hot. I looked under the meat and realized it was the same burger. I let them know that onions is still on the burger. They apologized about that, this time a different waiter asked me how it was supposed to be. I said well done, meat cheese and bacon only. He says ok but starts doing something else, so when he sees my waiter, he says the burger still has onions on it. She takes it back to the kitchen. After a little wait, a young man brings me a burger with the cheese not melted. So I got a patty and no melt, at this point I'm over it and ready to go. I let two different people know my burger is still wrong. My bill was 69 dollars and a tip was included. The waiter did offer to take it off but she always wanted the sandwich back and I wasn't about to send it back again. After all the times I have been here, this was the worst. Especially since I had been trying to get there for awhile. So I was disappointed

The food was hot and delicious. It was not over seasoned. I received plenty for the price. The server could have been a little more attentive as I had to ask for a refill on my drink. But that’s okay! Overall I enjoyed it.

Ok, so we have been working in this area for 7 weeks and have been to many places for lunch. We will both say though for sure this is the place we enjoy the very most. We have been here several times and never had a bad server, bad food or anything unfavorable at all! The staff is friendly the fun is diverse and fun the atmosphere is welcoming.

It was a nice grill with a nice atmosphere.While I was on a business trip, I had an early dinner after 5pm, and I had the Chicken Tender recommended by the staff.The menu said 5 pcs, but I think there were 6 pcs...There seemed to be a lot of familiar faces and regular customers, so even in the early hours, the place was crowded and friendly.We had two beers and two local bourbons, and it was a very satisfying night. ?

You can't really go wrong with East End. It's our go to patio spot on a nice night. Brent has been our server and put up with our shenanigans several times. He always has great recommendations and his personality is welcoming. After he got off work last night he even walked a few ladies to their cars thru the parking lot. Food never disappoints either!
