6 ingredients is too much for this place to handle. I paid for 6 ingredients and got 5. In business, that's called fraud. Fraud on your paying customers is a great way to earn trust and return business. Counting to 6 is required to get pass 1st grade but not if you want a job at jimmy johns.

I will never try this restaurant again! I have been 3 times in the past 4 months and every time I order french bread for my sandwich and every time I get settled the bread is the regular torpedo bs. I went today order 34 in memphis and ordered 3 sandwiches for the team including myself. One person was ahead of me and it took about 10 minutes for her to place her order, I got to the menu and waited literally 5 minutes or more then placed the orders...EVERY ONE OF THEM were wrong even after catching the person calling out wrong numbers. 27.00 for garbage, and even at the window asked to verify all was correct..."yes" the person said, got back to office and was so pissed I threw half of the mountain of mayo sandwich I recieved (not on french bread) samdwich was right on ome the pickle was mot cut amd the owners I bought was completely wrong. freaky slow, freaky wrong, freaky done! F this place do NOT go wish I had read the reviews they are probably being nice with a cumulative 2! Stay away

I wanted 2 of the Lulu sandwhiches on the same bread. The Jimmie Johns way on both. No cheese on 1with cherry peppers added, cheese on the other. They left of all the lettuce on both, put cheese on them both, and removed the other toppings cept for tomatoes that they did put on there. I am pissed that I spend a premium to go to this place that's more expensive than any other sandwich place by a lot and they completely screw me. How do u just randomly leave all the lettuce off of sandwiches when that was never requested for either? I don't believe it's an honest mistake I believe it's laziness or they were out and just didnt tell me. I'm never going there again, period. Enjoy losing a longtime customer and the people I bought for as well.

Just went through the drive thru & there was no one inside and no one in the drive thru yet it took minutes for someone to say anything. I thought they were closed. I ordered a #4 get home & the bread on both of my sandwiches was hard. Either old or over cooked. So hard it cut the roof of my mouth.

If you drive up and can barely hear a female voice taking your order, I believe her name is Markisha, it's best to keep driving because they will steal from you.The daytime team is great. They are fast, friendly, and always get the order correct.

Worst JJ I have ever been to and I travel all over the country. JJ is my go to and when you pull up and see employees parked out back smoking and the drive through taking forever and rude when you get there, unacceptable and will not be back. I’d encourage everyone to take the time to go to the Germantown location, it lives up to JJ standards.
