Went through the drive thru. Place my order and was told to pull forward. Wait almost 15 minutes before I got my food. Then my order was not right. I ordered 6 regular krystals and they put cheese on them. I could not check and see if I got charged for them because I was never given a receipt. I was not asked if I wanted my receipt.This is not the first time this has happened to me at the same location. I will NOT be back to that location. They don't seem to know what they are doing.

The lady who took my order was fast and friendly. I asked for no mustard, and she repeated it back at the speaker. She also verified it at the window, so I know she was doing her job. However, one of her coworkers was not as attentive since my Krystals both had mustard. I was on my way to the airport, or I would have gone back. I'll go back, but I'll double check my order before I leave.

I normally love Krystal burgers. I ordered the pick 5. 4 Krystal with a small fry. The fries were good but the burgers seemed old. The bread was very very soggy and damp as if they has been sitting out for a while. I should have known something was wrong when I got my ordered 60 seconds after I ordered it. Wasn't satisfied with the Krystal burgers ? ? ?

Krystals is not the same as it use to be. Makes me very sad, because my mom and I ate there all the time when I was little. Also they never have coke when I go there, it's always out.

Best Krystal I've been to in a long time!!Service usually stinks, and foos is sloppily prepared. But this location did an awesome job!!Told them I had deiven 750 miles for Krystals, and wanted them to be perfect! They delivered!!We had special-order Krystals--no onions and extra pickles--but still wamted them steamed. They took the time to do it right!!They did not disappoint!!Too often, Krystal disappoints this life-long fan. But not this time!
I've been waiting for over 45 mins for 12 cheese Krystal's and a drink. If I had know it would be this long I would have went to a sit down restaurant. This is pathetic. Krystal's is one of my favorite places to eat. But whoever owns that store needs to clean house and start back over.
