2 weeks ago during an office lunch run, employees told us the system was down during lunch 1:00, they (about 5 of them) were all standing out back smoking weed... later in the week, same thing after work...5pm (in the parking lot this time). Last week, my son wanted to go, same thing again :4:30-5:00, same group of guys, one with a hooded mask all standing around the back door smoking weed. Why not just close the location if they don't want to work.

Absolute worst Krystal in the world. Will never ever ever go here again. It’s filthy, they wanted to charge $24 for a kids meal and 4 Krystal’s. There is no way that price works out in any universe — because of the way math works. On top of that - the drive through staff was extremely rude, condescending, and just total jerks in total. 2pm 03-18-2023 - check your schedules managers - none of the people working there want their jobs.

Work right across the street as security went at 2am was told system was down but employees was outside doing nothing. Went back at 5am cause at this point I’m getting to sick and was told they don’t open til 6am but this suppose to be a 24 hour restaurant sad case. Need new employees who will actually do their job!!

I went to apply for a part time job. Manager wasn't there that day. But a female took my phone, led me to the site to apply. Told me the Manager would be back in two days. Helpful !!!

Hey yesterday was a win. The lady at the window was great and burgers were hot.
I love Krystal' burgers and shakes. The shake machine at this particular location seems to always be down. The customer service here is also quite lacking.

Went inside the lobby to place order and was totally ignored. Stood at the counter for at least ten minutes and no one offered to take my order. Went to the drive thru, ordered a small bowl of chili and the clerk told me it was $5.49 total and I questioned her regarding the price and she was very arrogant and insisted that the price was correct for a large bowl of chili and I explained I requested a small bowl. Not a pleasant experience at all. Won't be going back.

Whoever the bald man at the front needs to be let go. He talks too much. Took 15 minutes just to take my order because he was talking and playing. Lobby was empty. Had to yell my order to the cook before he took my order.
