The line was not moving so I went inside to this one on Poplar Ave. You would not believe that the cashier had her kids inside and one was behind the counter. The restaurant is disgusting. I saw the cook using gloves, but the employee who was bagging the food was not yet, she was touching the food. I was so disgusted I left even though I paid for my food. The drink machine was gross. I did not get a refund.

I’ve been in line for an online order pickup for 20 minutes now. Only two cars in front of me. At this point I wish I would’ve ordered at the speaker instead of online so I could just drive off and go to McDonald’s for some actual service. It should not be this slow at 9 pm.

This Krystal is ghetto I ask for the manager because I was told I couldn't get coffee because breakfast was over it was only about 1130am but it doesn't matter I should be able to buy wat I ask for, So the young lady who took my order she was very nice she explained to me that she couldn't sell me any coffee because it was her manager who told her to let me know, so i ask to speak to the Gm or dm,they wasn't available so she got one of her shift managers to come to the window so I could ask why I couldn't get coffee, The young manager name is Jay or Jasmine something like that, is very rude she told me after breakfast they not allowed to sale coffee, She doesn't have any manager skills at all this young lady always have attitudes towards her customers, etc I been coming to this location for years, Y'all company need better management, then one of the ladies always has on slides One of them bring there kids to work it's just to much going on at this location ? GIVE YALL A HALF STAR

These restaurants ain't the same anymore. I came here after work to attempt to get some "fast food". They didn't have anything but the burgers. That was fine with me. However, what was not okay was waiting in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes. I left and bought some frozen sliders at the store. I'm about sick of these folks in Memphis!
The staff there was super friendly for a fast food place. I ordered 14 Krystal burgers for the family. The staff was very cool and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Would recommend this location to get your Krystal’s fix. ??

I visited through the drive for and was greeted and asked to hold. I said at the speaker for something near five minutes before the cashier eventually came back and took my order. After I pulled to the window I sat for over five minutes again waiting for my food. The restaurant was not busy I was the only car in the driver's end no one was visible in the lobby. The food was fine but the service was terrible.

Would give no stars if allowed.Came back to Memphis for a few days and went here this past Friday and ordered 4 cheese ? & tot received receipt at 8:07pm finally asked for refund 8:33pm.Cashier with short dreads was dancing & texting on cell phone and could barely count as she tried to charge me $23 for a pick 5 and manager wasn’t much better as they presented me with wrong order because the previous car drove off as did the 5 who came behind me.The management is literally paying employees to dance and text. I guarantee between 8-9pm on 11/10/23 this location had more drive aways than orders taken.

Update:Came through the drive thru for the second time since the previous review.I ordered through the mobile app and arrived at the time it said to. There were 7 or 8 cars ahead of me all the way to the pick up window, however it took exactly 30 minutes from the time I joined the line to the time I reached the window and received my order.The food was correct and tasted good at least.First review: Despite it taking too long for them to speak to me at the drive thru, they were actually open and running and took my order whereas the five other 24 hour places I went to had excuses for not taking orders while open.
