I don’t really like eating at Lenny’s because of the poor customer service I usually get. But at this location every time I come I get fast, friendly service. Food always on point. Ice been enjoying going to this location, I've visited it, periodically, I'm visiting it more, cause, I'd normally go to the Lenny's on poplar, they've been closed for whatever reason ? so I venture to the one on Cooper, when I went last,place quiet, food great, order was correct, I got the Philly foot long with everything , chips and their delicious lemonade. I give the cooper location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, I'll definitely return??
This is my favorite Lenny's but for the last couple of times I've been here my order was wrong. I ordered a mile high turkey and they didn't put anything on it, no lettuce, no tomato, no onion, just a dry plain sandwich. I've called for 2 days and no one ever answered. I wanted to make sure I could come and exchange it before I wasted my gas. So disappointing. I'll have to try another Lenny's from now on.
UPDATED 1-2024: SHRINKFLATION: On this visit, I ordered a 15" sub for pickup. Upon checking the bag of my app order, it appeared to have the incorrect size sandwich. Upon reentering the store to remedy, they insisted it was correct. Upon arriving at home, the sandwich measured 10". So, despite making the attempt to correct with the store, I was either lied to or fleeced. WILL NOT BE BACK. No value and no honesty. Will also be posting to online reviews.From 2018: Poor service! I previously lived within walking distance to this location and service WAS great with many familiar faces, but that's changed. This day I stood number three in line with the slowest service, so I left after about seven minutes in line with the same customers at the register. Never even greeted, as is common with most locations.

I'm so tired of going to an establishment and the time on the door clearly states closes at 9 and it's 8 O clock and the door is locked and people are cleaning up.
