Came in and my party and I should have turned around and went back out. Terrible from the jump. Only three waitresses. No rolled silverware. Thirty minutes to order. Forty minutes for food that was incorrect. We sent it back but only two out of the six of us took the option to get the food remade. One order of six biscuits the whole time we sat there. It was six of us. We had to ask for drink refills.This used to be so upscale. It's an embarrassment to bring out of towners to places I used to love.

we had a very weird experience.. we were seated right away it was alittle after 1 pm.. on a thursday afternoon.. we ordered the all you can eat shrimp .. we had a waitress that we started with, sadly there was one mistake after another. We waited over 30 minutes for the second round of shrimp. which wasn’t what we had requested. She then forgot several of the extra items that we had asked for as, lemon, Refill on her drinks and some butter.. She didn’t even ask what sides we wanted with Our meal, just brought us what she thought we wanted and when I told her I didn’t want what was on my plate. She said it was fine that way. she never wrote anything down , nothing ! and never came around our section of tables… Instead of arguing, I just swapped with my husband.. The ladies behind us, using the same waitress, had to go get their own drinks. The waitress had given them the wrong change. And they had to go to the front to get it corrected and go get their own boxes to take their food home. after another 30 minutes suddenly, We had a second waitress that appeared, now she was very prompt, and worked very hard to make up for all the mistakes that we had experienced. Bringing us extra shrimp before we ordered and getting drinks and extra biscuits.. We believe The first waitress either left us in the middle of her shift, or was let go in the middle of her shift .. we checked out at 3 o’clock with a lot of food. Still sitting there and uneaten because we had waited over an hour to get the shrimp from The first go around and we were no longer hungry at that point .. the second waitress who was very kind allowed us to take our food home and apologize. We did tip her and make sure that the tip was going to her but management should really pay attention to their customers needs. We were very disappointed as it was “our date afternoon. “ we did not leave until 15 minutes after three.. The food overall was good The service first go around was awful just awful. I appreciate the second waitresses attempt to make up for everything and she was on the ball with all the remaining customers… as well.. wish i remembered her name… because she deserves a bonus… !

Not like it used to be, food was not good, took a long time to be brought to us. Waitress did not smile or ask how we were doing. Ordered dessert to go, after paying we were told they didn't have what we wanted. I'll never go to this location again.

Ordering the shrimp bowl, it had sauted Brussel sprouts on the menu, but I was served a green salad instead. Red Lobster had no Blue Moon beer that I ordered. And the waitress wasn't too nice until the end of our visit.

This was not a good time for us. First, we got there at around 2:50pm. They told us the wait would be around 15 minutes. The wait was close to 15 minutes; however, when we were seated, there were only 2 people at one table in our area. My husband ordered shrimp two ways and I had flounder with a baked potato topped with crab meat. The food took around 40 minutes to arrive. It was just okay. Our meal with a tip was close to $50. The waitress kept forgetting to bring the condiment we requested. We had to ask for silverware and water. I would pass on this restaurant. With all the great commercials, my hubby and I were willing to give Red Lobster a try once again. Let me just say that the experience was exhausting and disappointing.
