I have tried so hard to give this place the benefit of the doubt. SHUT IT DOWN ALREADY ? ! I ordered my food and drink before I ever left my house, drove there, and still waited 20 minutes for my order. My food was COLD. The cheese on my cheeseburger wasn’t even melted on to the burger patty. Disgusting… I have ordered a simple drink so many times and have had to wait 10-15 minutes. And there’s never more than 2-3 cars in the stalls either. Not like they’re just super busy,

Would have given 1 star but no one would believe the lack of competency I observed. Ordered a burger mustard no cheese all the veggies. Got a burger with mayo no mustard and cheese and the veggies. Returned so get what I ordered. Brought the burger back in the same wrapper added mustard to the mayo and removed the cheese. I handed it back and said no mayo or cheese, mustard and veggies. This time I got mustard and veggies and cheese again. Was told there’s no cheese on this burger. Then I asked what is this when I opened the wrapper. I asked for a refund which they gave me and offered to make me a free burger. I waited and then was told no free burger. I could hear words being exchanged inside. By that time I didn’t really want their meal. Three strikes and you’re out in my humble opinion.

UPDATE: after a year wait to see if they had improved any the answer is NO THEY HAVE NOT ordered a milkshake and it was handed to me with the consistency of sweet tea when I told them they said that how our machine does it. Which means it's broke and they know it but don't care. Also trade it for a tea and wasn't offered my 3 dollars price difference. This location needs a regional manager to come alstay a month or so. If you are looking for a sonic specifically they is one on either side of the mountain as you travel wait till you get there you want regret the wait .Terrible I mean just terrible. Ordered buffalo popcorn chicken that was crunchy hard. Ordered jalapeño poppers got not ranch as requested. And the worst is the cin a snaks I Ordered for my kid. Burnt on the outside dough on the inside and no icing for them either. But hey not bad after a 10min wait. Done with this sonic location.

This is a poorly managed Sonic with poor service. Slow service is normal here, but failure to bring an extra cup after delivering one drink with a hole in the side of the cup is just bad customer service.

Every single time we go here There is a problem with the food after waiting 15 mins. Then when u tell them about it they act like complete Jerk's they have actually taken the ? or ? sandwich bck scraped off the mayo then put mustard on it. Since when do they take food bck & always 1 or 2 items aren't in bags so they'll wanna dig thru my bag with no gloves on to look as if we're lying.
