Very short staffed. The line for drive thru very long and slow!!
They messed up my order I called for 2 days and no one would answer the phone. So me and my husband went back to the restaurant to get the order fixed and the man at the window told me that he didn't believe anything that I said and to get out of his drive thru. Very disappointed in the service. The guys name is Isaiah.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 separate pick 5 meals. Employees were nice, helpful, and professional despite all the different items. Food was hot and fresh, tots were super crispy and delicious. Excellent service. My only complaint is that i miss the battered fries, they were the best, but that is just my personal preference. The new fries are good too.
Been to this store before on a friday dosent close until 11, google says 11 as well. Worker standing outside smoking said they were closed when I pulled up to the drive through 20 minutes before 11. Had to drive across town to the west end krystals.

Very slow, food was OK. It’s what Leo from Lethal Weapon said about the drive through. We were short changed 2 burgers each and the chili on the chili cheese pup was about as cold as could be.

Didn't get our order right. When confronted they looked at us like we were stupid and didn't acknowledge anything we told them. We left very unhappy and will never go back to this location.
