Customer service from the "manager" was the absolute worst! Refused to correct/ refund my order that his associates messed up on. Took no accountability.

We did a catering order. I ordered 2 of the BAR-B-Q picnic packs, which is supposed to include 10 to 12 servings each. This barely fed 12 people, but was supposed to be enough for 24. They also forgot the BBQ sauce. I know we also should've checked, but the restaurant is still responsible. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to someone about these issues, but was put on-hold for 20+ minutes without any one answering. I'm beyond upset with this location, and business in general. I really hope some changes are made so nobody else has catering nightmares. As a consumer, I should not have to struggle to get ahold of a company after they failed to produce the quantity and quality advertised and paid for.

I ordered office lunch for 4 people and was very disappointed for what it costs. The sandwich meals had very small sandwiches, they looked like a child's portions. Everyone noticed when they came out of the bag....The brisket sandwich looked more like pulled pork, and the fried chicken sandwich had two small chicken patties that looked like they came out of a bag patties. I have ordered from the Donelson location in the past and have never received sandwiches this small, the brisket was always sliced, and the chicken was a large deep fried chicken breast. There was a burnt onion ring in the bottom of one of the order of fries. Very disappointed for $55...the money will be better spent at another place next time.

May have been a one off, but the 1st pkg of buns provided was visibly moldy. It was replaced with a supposedly fresh pkg. which we found to be moldy as well when the package was opened on arriving home.Made us wonder how old (and safe) the BBQ, potato salad and baked beans were that we purchased. This location is apparently poorly managed. There is No excuse for providing moldy buns…twice.

Wed. 12/21. - They definitely are having serious staffing issues. 3-4 folks in the kitchen and apparently it was everyone's 1st day to work - ever. Or no one gives their work any respect. Lady at register nice but struggling too. Waited in driveup for 6-7 minutes but car in front did not move from the order mic. Parked, went inside, no line, 1 gentleman waiting for his order. We ordered takeout and got the order 15+ minutes later after a couple of corrections were made. (We asked if drive-up was open and was told 'yes'.) Gentleman who was waiting had to change his order to takeout because he was on his lunch break and had to leave. Time we arrived was approx 11:15 or 11:20 AM

Terrible! Ordered ahead, wasn't ready on time and one meal was cold and smelled horrible, the fried chicken was burnt beyond being edible and the order was wrong. Someone else dining in got a frozen chicken breast. Terrible food and the staff wanted to yell at each other the entire time.

I first pulled up to the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes and nobody came/answered so I decided to go inside to order. I could tell the cashier really didn't want to be there she was sitting at a booth on her phone and kind of rolled her eyes when she seen me walk in. I ordered my food she didn't ask me if it was to go or dine in so she gave me a to-go box and I sat down at the table to eat my food. She then sat back down at the booth and was playing videos on her phone at full volume. Afterwards when I was finished eating I went to throw my trash away, not a single trash can anywhere so I left it on the table.

The beef brisket and bbq was good, except they sent no sauce for it. Problems: the mashed potatoes were grainy and tasted like it had bad oil in it, one bite (which I spit out) and it was over... No butter, no milk, balmost translucent. The one piece of "bbq bread was tough and also had a strange taste. The macaroni and cheese was over cooked and nothing big special. The banana pudding was actually good. Nothing was good enough to go back. I only gave 2 stars because the meat was edible.

Visited here at 12:45 on a Saturday. We wanted pork potatoes but they were out of potatoes. I don't understand how this happens. Ordered pork sandwich meals and they were out of ice. Had to get ice from the back of the restaurant for us for drinks. The amount of pork on the sandwiches was minimal. It was super greasy and had tons of fat. Also, lots of dried out pieces. This is seriously some of the worst barbecue I've ever had, and I've had tons of barbecue in my life. Got a side of white beans and they were aggressively seasoned with black pepper, but no salt. Mac and cheese was meh.

I don’t kno how they cook smoke their brisket! But what I was giving was dry, and had no flavor. Corn was good fries ok. Only two pieces of brisket for $20 I’ll pass on this place.
Had various types of meat. Pulled pork, beef brisket, sausage, spare ribs and chicken all smoked. A little hole in the wall, the best kind of place, with excellent food. Also had fried corn bread with a great choice of sides. If we lived here would definitely go back.PS Service was outstandingParking: Small shopping strip with 5-6 stores. Parking was plentiful around 5:30pm

My family and I were driving pass this place and decided to give it a try (we are new to Nashville) .. I got the bbq pulled chicken and fries, even thought the presentation of the sandwich was messy and I had my doubts, one bite in and it was very good. Their fries are really fluffy and soft, wings are on point too. I’ll update with a pic on my second visit.

First time trying this barbecue and they are the worst barbecue in town. Chicken and ribs were dry and hard as a rock, and no flavor. Smoked chicken salad lettuce was old so I did not eat it. We paid $42 dollars for two people and the food was terrible. Will never come back. The one star I gave was just to be able to share our experience.

New to Tennessee from Minnesota, trying new restaurants can be nerve-racking. But, this was a total home run. Service was incredible, food was even better. Very impressed and will be back often!

Amazing service fast even though he was the only one there. Food was absolutely incredible for a great price. You want a Big Mac for 8 bucks or a smoked bbq brisket for 7… no brainer
