It amazes me that you all can know the popularity of an ice cream flavor but refuse to stock your freezer accordingly. Smh. Maybe you all will learn some day. Either that or find employees who actually want to work.

i had the pleasure of paying $8 for one scoop + soda and spending 30+ MINUTES standing at the cash register waiting for them to figure out how to turn in back on after a power outage. ok, things happen. i get it. but after being forced to finish my cone standing silently next to the awkward cashier... for 30 min... and not getting to drink my soda until the register finally turned back on so i could pay/leave - at which time it was WARM. to be perfectly honest, ive worked in ice cream shop/stores as a teen and we would've 100% given someone their scoop for free just for the inconvenience of having to eat it and then wait for 30+ min at the register (due to no fault of their own. but seriously??? not even a discount for an extremely unenjoyable ice cream experience, and a warm soda?! on top of it all- eventually after 20 min of me standing by myself a whole line started to form behind me, one lady even tried to tell the cashier her order, as she thought i "was just her friend hanging out" THATS HOW LONG I WAS STANDING THERE. this was supposed to be a lil treat for me, but it ended up being the biggest waste of time and money. and of course, nobody even apologized for the inconvenience or horrible experience. biggest waste of $10, do not support these people so disappointing

A single scoop sundae is 6.73! That's a gallon at the store, and a meal at another restaurant. Bidens recession is gonna kill so many buisness. When it costs a family of 4 $50 to just go for ice cream, then families won't go get ice cream

The two employees that assisted me this Fri. Aug. 26th night were Awesome!I came in after 9 pm (running errands for others) & they were friendly, professional, & efficient while I waited for someone to text back more information about what they wanted. Meanwhile, they took care of other late night patrons in the same manner, which I think is very commendable esp. considering it was near the end of what was surely a busy day (a very hot/humid Friday in Nashville!).Obv a well run store; good job ?

So I just went in for Icecream room 9:30pm they close at 10pm my lady got a wild and reckless icream bowl and was entirely excited by it to only find a long piece of hair in it also they didn't have milk so I had to proceed to another icecream shop.they need to wear Hairnets!!!

I LITERALLY JUST LEFT THIS PLACE NOT EVEN 20MINS AGO. NOT ONE PERSON WAS WEARING A HAIR NET! I CONTINUE TO STILL PURCHASE MY ICE CREAM LIKE NORMAL... NOT EVEN 10 BITES INTO THE ICE CREAM THERE WAS HAIR IN MY ICE CREAM CONE! I DONT CARE WHERE YOU WORK, IF YOU WORK IN AN ENVIRONMENT WITH FOOD YOUR HAIR NEEDS TO BE PULLED BACK OR COVERED UP! I JUST WASTED MONEY ON A CONE I DIDN'T FINISH DUE TO THE FACT THEIR EMPLOYEES COME TO WORK WITH THEIR HAIR DOWN OR IN THEIR FACE. ALSO FAILED TO MENTION THAT NOT ONE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING GLOVES. The owners are very money hungry. If you have a coupon or special they skimp and try to scam. Really weird. Quality is very good so if you’re menu ordering it’s probably great.
Walked in on worker eating the ice cream out of the container with the same spoon and was startled when we walked in. Gross won't be back again.

There was only one girl working and she was friendly and quick what i don't like is they don't have it fixed so i could add a tip to my order and i had no money they need to fix that the people who work there deserve a tip

Every time I go in there the little teens behind the counter are so rude. One time I went at 8:15 and the door was locked and tried to refuse me service because they close at 9. 45 mins early. After saying I would call the owner they gave me service. Went in this past week at 8 and ordered a milk shake. The girl told me I couldn't order a milk shake. I proceeded to ask if the machine was broken and she told me no that she just didn't want to clean it again so close to closing.... They were open for another hour. She still continued to refuse to make me a milk shake. This is two of MANY times this has happened at this location. The service is terrible and the employees are lazy. Do better.

We went into the store to order milkshakes and the girl winked at the other girl to tell us that they were out of milk to make milkshakes. I repeated my kids order 3 times and the girls never moved. The one girl in blue is so lazy she needs to be fired. Plus she's sitting on the countertop.

Literally the worst Baskin Robbins ever. It’s run by a bunch of disgruntled teenagers who can’t be bothered. Sometimes I come in and they’re sitting on the counters on their phones. They never acknowledge me when I walk in. They let me stand there for a few minutes without saying a word and say “are you ready to order?” Tonight at 815 (45 minutes before closing) I ordered a Reese’s sundae and was rudely told they didn’t have peanut butter (I know this is because they broke the sauce warmers down already). The girls working were too busy sweeping the floor and breaking down the store to be bothered by me. Not to mention they overall had an attitude with me for no reason.Edited to add: the only reason this place gets any business is because they’re the only ice cream store in the area
