Between my husband and I, we had the brisket, pulled pork, turkey, mac & cheese, cowboy beans, street corn, banana pudding, and a few of the frozen drinks - DELISH!!! I recommend everything we tried. Fun outdoor atmosphere where everyone brought their dogs reminded us of the Katy Trail Ice House in Dallas, which we miss since moving from D to N to Nashville.

Great outdoor space, dog friendly. Food is meat and 3 type BBQ, ribs, veggies, sweet desserts. Amazing big TV's outside on patio space.

Great spot. But there needs to be 2 meat cutting stations. The entire operation was quick and amazing until we got to the slowest meat man ever.

Gumbo is good. This one kid back there who was working kinda seemed lazy. But the atmosphere made up for the kid. But he was nice. I did not fall on my face, the floor was very clean.

Great atmosphere but food is really really lacking. Same owners as peg leg but the food here at Bringles leaves a lot to be desired. They can do better.

I was really excited to try this place! Unfortunately I was kind of let down. The people behind the counter serving the food were unenthused and seemed like it was a bother that I didnt know how to order. The Mac and cheese was under salted, The ribs were super basic and under salted. The brisket was over cooked. I did like the refreshing zing in the cucumber onion salad. I think I may enjoy this place with a big group or during a big sporting event because the outside patio area is awesome and in the summer it looks like a blast.

First off it's cafeteria style, no menu persay. 2nd it's an odd blend of Texas and Memphis bbq styles. I had the brisket, which they chop, and turkey. Meat is ordered by the 1/4lb. The food was good but I'm also a KC bbq snob. I would recommend it but I wouldn't make a special trip for it as an out of towner.

I came here on a football Sunday in December, so it was cold outside. I think the outside area would be dope in the warm weather, they had plenty of yard space, some dart boards, plenty of tv's, and a bar. The food was pretty good. I loved the mac and cheese! The setup for food is like Subway vibes. You stand on one end and go down the line ordering what you want. They had seating inside and a small bar with ~10 seats at it. There were limited tvs inside so we did not stay to watch all the football games.

I had a great lunch here. The food was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there is lots of seating both indoors and outside, with TVs strategically located.Bringles Smoking Oasis is brought to you by the owner of the famous Peg Leg Porker in The Gulch. At Bringles, however, they opt for more of Texas style BBQ. There's nothing wrong with that, but it does result in some flavors that are different from what you might expect in Tennessee (I'm looking at you, Memphis!).You order at the counter with a Texas-style meat market experience. Meats are sold by the quarter pound, and you can mix and match however you like. You can also add side dishes along the way, along with some desserts.I opted for the Beef Brisket and the Pulled Pork, along with Cowboy Beans and Potato Salad. As I watched them cut the Beef Brisket I could see the juices running out, along with the smoke ring, so I was optimistic. The meat wasn't quite as moist or flavorful as I was expecting, but it was still very good. The Pulled Pork was fantastic. I'm one of those guys who tends to drown his pulled pork in sauce (sorry, Texas!), but at Bringles this wasn't necessary at all. The pork was tender, juicy, and flavorful. Very well executed. The Potato Salad was nice with chunks of potato, a creamy texture, and good flavor. The Cowboy Beans have a flavor profile that is closer to chili than what you would normally get in the way of baked beans at a BBQ joint, but the flavor was very good. Not my personal preference in terms of flavor profile, but still very good.Speaking of Texas flavor, the BBQ sauce is available in Texas Mild or Texas Spicy. Both are good, but neither provides the sweetness of a typical Memphis style sauce for pulled pork. Very good, just not what you would normally expect around here.I'm most certainly be back. I still prefer Peg Leg Porker over Bringle's Smoking Oasis, but that's really only because of my own flavor preferences. They do a great job at Bringle's, and the friendly staff greatly added to the experience.

The service was top notch. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun. I made it too late to try many of the items. What I did try was really good. The best cheddar jalapeño sausage I have had anywhere. I will definitely be back there and highly recommend Bringles if you are in the Nashville area and craving barbecue.

No better BBQ and such around. Highly recommend. Fun atmosphere for Gameday or to stop in for a beverage. Great spot, an oasis of any capacity for those who seek one.

Real OG

For those that don't know, this establishment is owned by the same person as Peg Leg Porker downtown. I will say the food was great in most every aspect. I managed to try 4 different meats, which were the brisket, jalepeno cheddar sausage, pulled pork, and ribs. Depending on which cut of brisket will determine whether you get a fattier cut or a drier center cut. Preference is different with everyone on that. The jalepeno cheddar sausage had great flavor and was in no way overly spicy. The ribs weren't bad they were just okay as they were on the dry side. Pulled pork would have to have been my personal favorite. Moist and consistent flavor throughout from beginning to end. Potato salad tasted homemade and was mayo based. Mac and cheese was creamy and had plenty of flavor. Cowboy beans were my personal favorite, and they had some kick. Good twist on baked beans. Banana pudding was also good, but felt it needed actual wafers. One thing they dont mention is when you order nachos at the $11 menu price, to have anything other than cheese and chips, you have to pay $3 extra for each topping do be aware of that. Now, compared to Peg Leg Porker location, this location was noticeably more upscale. Had plenty of outdoor seating with a bar as well as big screen tvs. No pets were allowed inside the establishment, but I was unsure if it was allowed in the outside area but did see someone with their pet. Large open parking area across the street in a gravel lot.All in all, me and the rest of my party were impressed with the food, service and atmosphere. I am looking forward to giving it another try to see consistency, or I just lucked out.Parking: Open gravel lot across the street

Awesome food but not open all that often. Wish there was more seating inside so I can sit in some AC.
