Came to pickup an order, waited at the counter for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me, told order wasn't ready and didn't see them again for 25 minutes, asked 2 other employees about the order with no response and was ignored.

Me and my family went to eat tonight and everyone that worked there seemed to be high on something but anyways my entire meal was COLD then I asked for a manager and he got mad and snatched the ticket and walked off. I really just wanted my food warmed up and I would had been happy. I drove to far to get my food served that way or for a manager to treat us that way!

Garbage establishment. It is “free seating” whatever that means. No one ever came to greet us let alone even tell us we just choose our own seat. It was dirty as well. A lot of standing around instead of assisting patrons. Terrible terrible terrible. Will never ever come back!

Went during a slow afternoon time. Large venue that only had about a dozen customers at lunch time. There seemed to be plenty of workers present, although nobody greeted us in the first several minutes. Eventually seated ourselves in the bar table area. Ordered beers, wings, and onion rings to start. Onion rings were great, wings were poor quality chicken. Service was mostly pleasant although we hardly got checked on, and had to flag down the server for items they never brought us (our waters, napkins, silverware) and beers sat empty for awhile before getting more. This chain doesn't seem to be as good as it used to. Similar experiences on multiple visits.Parking: Somewhat small parking area for this size location, but easy to find a spot within short walking distance to the front door.
The service was terrible, and the wings came out with zero sauce. Go to another location. Maybe that’s why 3 people were inside when other places are packed should have known. Save your experience for something else.

Went to watch some football with my wife. We sat in the dining area away from the bar. The 2 big screen tvs were so dark, you could barely see the game. On top of that, the food we ordered was overcooked(her veggie burger and potato wedges were burnt). I ordered boneless wings(which came out cold) and tater tots(which were way overcooked and hard). I asked for more and they came out the same way the first batch did, so I asked them to take them off the ticket.Not sure who the cook is, but they need to do better. The waiter was nice, that’s about the only thing good we can say about our experience. We decided to leave before halftime, because of the bad experience. Definitely will not be spending my money there anymore.

Ordered fried pickles. We didn't receive them til our food arrived. They food was awful. It was cold when we finally got our food. They lady/child at the counter took a min for her to answer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING some else!!

Jan 13th. I got here at 7 pm, ordered food from my phone because the waitress told us too. Its 8.27 pm and I STILL HAVENT GOT MY DAMN FOOD. WORSE BDUBS I’VE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE. All the staff SUCKS, LITERALLY. From the one up front, waitress, manager, kitchen staff, YALL WASTED MY DAMN TIME!!!!

Wings were kinda dry bought 30 wings. Did like some of those flavors but wings were over cooked /dry. Yall need yo step up your game ! Probably losing business with dry wings and taxing your customers.
