For The lady at front counter Teresa, also the only cook. They were awesome 👌 Teresa was working drive thru, also the front counter. The cook was great all the food was fresh and hot 🔥. The noise though while sitting down inside was annoying, the company needs to fix that issue. UPDATE: ANOTHER VISIT, MOESHA IS AN AWESOME WORKER AS WELL. SHE GREET US WITH A SMILE, ALSO ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE! FABULOUS WORKERS! UPDATE: Went through drive thru on 6/8/25 it was ridiculous. There was only 2 cars in front of me, took my order at 8pm didn't get order till 8:48 . Get new workers this place needs new employees, seems as cooperative doesn't care about this location. Close it down...

This location is extremely outdated. The staff was friendly enough and the food was hot when it was given to us, it just took FOREVER. We definitely weren't the only customers in there and they did have a couple of drive-thru customers, but it took entirely too long for what we ordered.

Fire everybody expecially that black older lady who be taking orders. Her attitude sucks everytime. Today around 1pm was a very nice lady taking my order. The food really wasn’t as fresh as normal. They make u wait extremely long time in the drive thru.

Come here and you will find out real quick why captain ds barely has any locations left. Slow service unfriendly people working. Drive thru 10 cars deep and 10 people waiting on the inside . Made an online order to save time so much for that . 20 mins after pick up time and nothing but it will be a few more minutes. Yeah take your time.

I was not given the hush puppies that were supposed to come with my platter. The soup containers both opened and spilled all over the place. The lids do not stay tight, apparently they were overfilled. The lids didn't stay closed.

This location has gone to the dogs. Went there today for and spent more than 45 minutes.We waited forever for our food and it was prepared wrong. Took it back in it was supposed to be right.Went to the car checked it and it was wrong again. Took it back in waited forever, mean while a portion of the order has been siting in the car getting cold this whole time. Our previous visit the fish tasted bad period. The visit before that they left off the fries for the family deal and the employee pissed me off acting like I was trying to steal fries.
