The food was authentic and delicious. Our party of 5 didn't make a reservation but was able to be seated quickly. The staff from the front desk to our waiter was friendly and awesome. I would recommend this place if you're looking for great Indian food.

Amazing experience. It was my birthday dinner and they did a chefs special. It was the most delicious Indian food I have ever had and I’ve tried lots!

Food was very good, even my 9 year old grandson actually loved the braised short ribs French onion naan. And he is very picky. The decor... well that disappointed me, found it to look tacky, cheap, not anything like Maneet and her vibrant personality. Going here was on my bucket list and I was pleased..

March 21stAfter anticipating this for 3 weeks ( Maneet is our fav food network chef) and determining my order after much anticipation reading every review on the website, my sister and I had reservations for 7:30 on a Thursday. We were on time and told it was a 10 minute wait and went to the bar. The bartender was curt, sullen, and took almost 10 minutes to take our drink order. After 20 minutes I went to the hostess to inquire on our table and she said a 7:00 didn’t show up and she would seat us. This was now 7:50. After our server greeted us, we ordered and after 2 minutes I was told what I wanted (The TOC tiff) was sold out. After letting our waitress know we drove 10.5 hours to eat here she said she would check with the kitchen. After returning she said “good news”, the sea bass is marinating and it would be 20 minutes. From there on out it was a disappointment, she returned again and said the sea bass wasn’t good and they would substitute salmon, which is a far inferior selection to sea bass. I asked for compensation and I had to have the manager over. We were compted the naan and one dessert. All in all I would not eat here again. The salmon was thin, small and dry. The beef was hardly fork tender ( my chuck roast is better). The curry was excellent. The desert was good. The noise was extremely loud, decorations and lighting were good, chairs were hard. My background is in fine dining. Good luck with your experience.

I've been three times now. The simple review is: literally everything is fantastic. It's always fun to take a first bite at a restaurant and feel your eyes widening and your mouth going "ooh!". It's hard to get Indian Fusion right. Chauhan ("Show-hahn") does. Plan ahead though, as tables are reserved early by enthusiastic Nashfolk. Try the walk-in bar seats, though they fill fast too...

Just another tv chef taking advantage of name instead of making good food. They are all the same. Let’s have high prices and average food.

We have been fans of Maneet for many years, the Food Network is always on in our house. Watching Guy Fieri devour the Gol Guppa Shots convinced us this is a DDD destination stop for us. Fast forward to today, we checked Chauhan's off our DDD list! The atmosphere was eclectic and romantic. Our server was attentive and friendly. The food? Not what we expected at all. It far surpassed our expectations! The Gol Guppa Shots had so many layers of flavors and textures, each one danced in your mouth. The Whipped Paneer had the most creamy amazing blend of flavors. Scooping it up with the soft pillowy Naan bread, spot on!Had to be completely indulgent and order the garlic Parmesan naan. Savory! The chicken Kabobs were insanely moist, 4 large pieces of chicken, perfect portion.Maneet has cultivated a vibe and culture... Thank you!

Good food, friendly and knowledgeable staff, cool vibe. Some work friends and I came here for dinner. We were a group of 6, which allowed us to sample and share different plates. We started with the Tandoori Chicken Poutine and Lamb Nachos, which both came out super fast and were delicious. To be honest, I was already pretty full after trying them. We each ordered an entree, which took a considerably longer amount of time to come out. I tried the Chicken Tikka Masala, and my friend tried the Ginger Garlic Shrimp Noilee. All entrees came with a side of bismati rice. The food was super yummy, and we all had difficulty finishing our meals. I'm glad I had an opportunity to eat here while visiting Nashville.

A great start to our Nashville getaway. From the moment we entered this well decorated restaurant, the service was friendly and efficient. We started with the chicken kabobs which gave me the most perfect bite of Indian food I have ever had - the combination with the chutney and vinegar slaw was delicious. We also had chicken tikka masala and shrimp korma. The korma sauce was so good I could eat it as a soup, so happy to dip and scoop it up with naan. Look forward to eating here again when in town.
