THE PLACE WAS FILTHY, staff was everywhere, missing to gos, no chips, said they would make chips and they did but kept giving them to other people besides myself... I waited 30 min. They finally refunded my chip... I was just

This place on Sunday March 10th at 5PM literally has not food. No chicken, no brown rice the steak they do have is burnt. Also, none of the fresh drinks! They have 9 people working, how can they run out of food! This plague always looks disgusting!

I typically eat at chipotle fairly often, but not normally this location. I also very rarely review restaurants but we had a very negative experience today. One of their 2 doors was locked not allowing customers to enter through that entrance. I ordered a kids build your own tacos. I was not asked whether I wanted hard or soft tacos. The soft tacos were thrown onto the warmer for approximately 5 seconds. The rice was lumpy. The worker refused to fill the slot in the tray with chicken, it was barely half full ( again I eat here all the time and the slots are always full or overflowing). I asked for it to be filled and he refused. We were charged incorrectly also - I was charged for a full size chips and queso when my kids meal comes with chips. My husband was charged for queso which he did not have (he had sour cream and was also shorted on chicken). We were meeting my family who were also charged incorrectly and had to get a refund. The facility was not clean and the to go order sticker paper was spilling onto the main floor creating a trip hazard. The drink station did not have tea available and one of the fruity special drinks were unlabeled. Very poor experience from employees and the environment.

When I ordered a chicken burrito bowl, the lady looked at me and said "no chicken" and then pointed to what was available - steak or carnitas. I chose steak. When I got to the register, they charged me for a steak burrito - which I disputed saying that since I had wanted chicken, I shouldn't have to pay more since it was available. I was told "you have to pay for what you get". I replied, "I didn't get what I asked for." And then another worker looked at me and said, "you have to pay for what you get." So again, I said "I'd like a chicken bowl. Can I have a chicken bowl?" After a few awkward seconds, someone went to the back and I believe they started prepping some chicken. I overheard some mumbling, and then I heard a lady call me an "hombre stupido." I was shocked. Finally a manager helped me and got me what I'd ordered... about 15 minutes ago.Very dissapointed in the experience. I totally get that food service is stressful - especially during the lunch hour. But I think insulting a customer and thinking you'll get away with it by speaking Spanish and assuming that I won't understand is unacceptable.

They gave my Uber eats order to the wrong person and then refused to remake it when my driver got there. The place is filthy as well. Steer clear.

This location is why I'm done with Chipotle entirely. The place has been absolutely filthy every time I've been there. Service is reliably terrible. Final straw was when they gave my Uber eats order away to the wrong person and then refused to remake it when my driver got there. Stay away.

Easily one of the worst Chipotle locations in Nashville. It’s slow, unsanitary and the service is bad. People are better off going to Baja burrito across the street.

Imagine 4 people waiting for pick-up orders that are running late for their pick-up times and this is what the rest of the restaurant looks like (see pictures). Workers just standing around watching one person fill pick-up

Chipotle provided an excellent dining experience highlighted by an outstanding staff. The team's friendliness and efficiency enhanced my visit. Unfortunately, guacamole was unavailable during my trip, which was a minor disappointment. On the bright side, the rest of the food was prepared flawlessly, showcasing Chipotle's commitment to quality and consistency. Despite the guacamole hiccup, the overall positive experience at Chipotle left a lasting impression.

Honestly, I would be okay if my burrito / tacos were not overstuffed with food. They're almost too hard to eat without them exploding and making a huge mess. Everything has great flavor, just a messy meal.

What do you say about Chipotle? It is what it is. They did a great job for me with one of my offices and prepared the food very well. I personally like California Mexican food better than TexMex, but that's just my personal preference and has nothing to do with this location. My only complaint is I tried to use the app to place a large order for pick up and it kept crashing, so I had to come to the store and walk through the line 3 times in order to get 9 orders to go. Other than that, they did a great job!

I've been to Chipotle restaurants all over the country. Some are better some worse. I can confidently say this is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to and one of the most infuriating, off putting restaurant experiences I've ever had. This was a recent lunch time visit on Saturday. There were big cartons of napkins on some of the tables along with other broken down boxes. The tortilla warmer was broken, the servers seemed irritated that we had bothered to come in at noon. I got carnitas that was ok. The limited time only carne asada my family got was plain awful. It was chewy and gross. We only discovered this after taking the meal home. We had intended to eat in but there were no forks or even spoons. I asked for some and was told they were completely out. I asked, "Really?" and was given a ruse look by the staff. One of the members of my group asked how we were supposed to eat our salads and burrito bowls (no burritos because the warmer was broken) with our fingers? There were knives though. The little stainless steel bucket they were in had all kinds of food and other gunk in them. Again we were laughed at by the staff. Another of my group was trying to use the restroom but wasn't able to because apparently the door was open but the door was stuck and wouldn't open all the way. For all of this, we had the pleasure of paying $75 for lunch only to come home and find the food was awful. Bottom line, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
