This location cannot handle the morning "rush" I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. Part of that was about 5 minutes after I made it to the speaker to give my order (only 1 car was ahead of me, at the window). Then, I waited another 5 minutes to receive my drink after I paid. To top it all off, my drink was only half full. I'm posting pics of the drink with all the whipped cream, and after all that melted. I haven't taken a sip.

Visiting from out of town, the coffee I usually get was gross & bitter, rude service, waited for 30 minutes for 3 drinks, one was basic coffee, instead of paying attention to getting orders completed & correct, the staff was arguing over whether they could clock out before the drawer was counted. Too many staff members tripping over each other, unable to multitask, no communication.

Accidentally ordered here through the app instead of my usual location. They gave me a smaller coffee than I ordered and were out of half my order. Didn’t have any donut holes at all, which I ordered 25 of. Getting my money back because that’s just ridiculous.

This location is awful! They either make them too watery or too much flavor. Not a single person in that place knows how to make a coffee and I’m surprised it’s still in business! Won’t be going back.

Don’t ignore customers in the drive thru just because it’s 15 minutes before closing. You don’t work in a sit-down restaurant, you work in a coffee shop. Lazy, rude staff needs to get written up and I’m very much talking about the two mouth-breathers that were scheduled to close on 1/23/24. Have fun ignoring the collection calls when you’re unemployed.

I ordered a medium coffee and they gave me a half of cup of coffee for $5.25 after waiting 15 mins and it tasted like burnt coffee never going here again this is exactly why I like Starbucks more I didn’t even notice until I got to my office ready to sip and the cup felt

This used to be my favorite location because of the customer service I received. Now they have the WORST SERVICE around. They are rude, don't make you're order properly and the wait is unnecessarily long. You always hear loud conversations over the drive thru speakers. Like you're inconveniencing them by being there. I went through the drive through today, apparently the trash working the window thought that I snatched napkins from her so she started talking like a piece of trash does, then threw a handful of straws at me. Excuse me what? Did someone get their feelings hurt because they had to do a little workie work? Dunkin, you have some real pieces of work representing you. Do better.
