Pickles were not included with our subs. No utensils were available. I ordered a build your own chicken, but was never asked what I wanted on it.During dinner time (6pm) half of the chairs in the restaurant we're stacked up in front of the counter where food was served, making it difficult to access and limited seating. No high chairs were offered or easy to locate ourselves.I tried giving feedback online, but was not given a receipt and the URL to provide feedback without a code just routs you to the same place.

I ordered two medium subs, one roast beef, on white bread and mayonnaise and cheese only. One Italian on wheat bread. They messed up the order so I came back in for him to make it. All I got was attitude because I was standing here watching him make it. This guy needs to go back to management school or whatever the hell. When did firehouse sub quit saying welcome to firehouse cause they didn’t do it this time and I didn’t feel too welcome. The second time. This needs to be reviewed for the quality and the care they give to the customer. I was not happy by the time I got out of there and I gave him a nice IQ score when I left. Then call back and talk to the manager and all she could talk about was the IQ score not necessarily the employee that doesn’t know how to deal with things. When I returned my sandwiches, he threw them the trash and act like I was the guy that messed up the order. I only had to tell him four times after the order was messed up exactly what I wanted. The manager seemed real nice, but she even had asked twice. The store needs to be reviewed by corporate.

I needed a small sandwich tray for a last minute event. Ashley and the owner made my day as they patiently helped me decide what would work best. The owner praised his staff by saying he had an excellent crew at moment who are pros with catering orders. He assured me that the order could be ready within 30 minutes and it was. The owner went above and beyond by loading my order into the car. The ham & turkey sandwiches were flavorful, filling, and a big hit! What a great team!

I just watched this very professional staff get absolutely berated by an extremely rude customer for virtually no reason. She threatened to complain, so i thought i would leave a review commending the staff on how amazing their service is every time i come here. Thank you all for your excellent service!!
Great customer service , food was great me and my son came we was welcome with smiles and we probably waited 7 minutes for our food everything was hot and delicious . the young man with the glass and red jacket I believe he said his name was isiah im not sure , he was dealing with a older woman she was being rude he handled it well I truly respect how he handled "yessir no sir " well mannered young man the store was very clean you have your self a great employee he was literally the only one working behind the food he took orders and made the food i just wanted whoever read this to thank him I have a onion allergy he made sure no onions was on the sandwich . New knife, new board , and he changed his gloves when we got our food two employees did came back smelling like weed that's my only problem and one day we came in during the week there was a young man with a lot of hair his behind was out he was sagging very disgusting and he also smelled like weed . Can we give mr isiah a good thank you for his service

This used to be a great location, now no one is friendly and takes forever to even take an order. Found hair in my food and they acted like it was an inconvenience to remake my food. 1/10

Ordered on the app to run in quick and grab it. Pick up time was 11:15 and didn’t receive until 11:30. There goes 1/2 my lunch break. Why order on the app if it isn’t going to be ready at that time. At least 10 people ordered while I was there waiting and they received their orders before me. If your in a hurry and want to eat at this location do not use the app. It’s a lot faster to stand in line and wait!

Website and door stated that the location closed at 9pm. I tried to go at 8:45pm. The open sign in the window was on but the doors had all been locked and employees were sitting around ignoring me when I tried the doors. I understand I came close to closing time, but it's unacceptable to lock up 15+ minutes early and ignore customers.
