They were smoking at the Rosa parks farmers market. The pit master gave my wife and me some pulled rib, which made choosing lunch a no-brainer. We had the rib sandwich and brisket sandwich. All perfectly cooked and seasoned. The brisket was juicy and the seasoning didn’t distract from the meaty flavor. The rib rub was great, the ribs juicy, and they had the right amount of chew without being too cooked too tender. Oh, the portions were huge too, especially for the price. Would recommend this to anyone. Will come back.

Stopped by their food truck to get a bite to eat. It was like I walked up to family. They were friendly, the food was great, and it went quickly. ? If I lived in Nashville, I would definitely put a tracker on this food truck. ?
