I had a terrible experience at this ice cream shop. The cookies they served were stale, and the milkshake I ordered was so thin it was practically water. When I asked for it to be remade, the employee took the same cup I had already been drinking from, poured it back into the blender, and just added more ice cream. That’s completely unsanitary. I immediately declined the drink and requested a refund. I’m very disappointed in the lack of quality and hygiene — I won’t be returning. I’m reporting them to the health department.
It leaves much to be desired when combining the snow and they want to serve you super fast, that detracts from the service they provide on this occasion
Even though ice cream was ok, I had to really close my eyes on how dirty this place is. Floors are sticky, staff is not neatly dressed, and I just glanced toward the kitchen and knew I shouldn’t come here again.
It’s not that hard to keep the place clean; it takes discipline.
Ice cream it’s very good
Friendly staff, and I have to say everything was delicious..that blue is the flavor of cotton candy. They have few tables to eat inside.
Expensive it’s not worth it, owner must consider price policy.
I always get the cheesecake ice cream with gummy bears... can't find this just anywhere! Love it
Will not be going back. Horrible sewage smell and was stingy only added a small amount of toppings to my two scoops. Waste of money. Ice cream taste like low-grade store-bought ice cream
I intended and told the front staff I wanted to purchase a scoop of mint chip ice cream -
They instead served me a chocolate shake with whipped cream
(And they hardly spoke English - except for a couple words like “card” and “whipped cream”);
The shake was decent - but not what I asked for.
The sign outside of this place still says “Maggie Moo,” another ice cream chain that used to occupy this location, which is confusing. The Marble Slab ice cream was fantastic, though!

I purchased an ice cream cake yesterday for about 45 dollars, but it was freezer burnt. It was so old that you could see the ice inside the cake, and the flavor of freezer burn was noticeable in the cookie dough. I was somewhat skeptical because there was no date listed on the cake. However, it was a last-minute idea, and the staff was helpful in writing what we wanted on the cake, which made me decide to go ahead with the purchase. Although the customer service was good and the staff was really nice, I was ultimately disappointed with the quality of the cake.
Best ice cream around!!! Came in late and the family who owned it was super awesome!!
Will be back great spot!!!

Delicious ice cream with and added layer of heavenly toppings.
Ice cream was really creamy. Delicious to the last scoop. Loved the unlimited toppings and the cold slab they used to mix in the toppings. Several tables and chairs are available to enjoy your ice cream. This location also sells cookies that are freshly made here.
The service could use a bit more of a friendly touch. The location aesthetics also need a bit of touch-up.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love ice cream. Different sizes available.

Asked for a plain flavor and the server added multiple toppings. Ice cream was served melted already. Got a cone and a cup and both were soup before walking out the door. Just ended up throwing almost $20 away just due to it being inedible. Don’t go here for ice cream.

Absolutely terrible. I got a waffle cone and it was so liquid they had to put it in a bowl.
I grabbed the cone and basically had a bowl of flavored milk
