I really like this place, the food is good and during weekdays this place is something special, the main issue is on weekends, they tend to completely overextend themselves and have wait times for over an hour on a constant basis, normally I wouldn't even write a review but I'm a delivery driver and I just had two deliveries from there, one of them the client had been waiting so long that they canceled their order, ordered another restaurant and had another driver deliver their food before I even arrived and yet it still got delivered to their door even though they had canceled and the other I was given the wrong food and had to return to get the correct order. Overall this really has soured my experience at this place, I wish they realize they were sacrificing their quality for the insane quantity they are putting out

The game area is dirty. The tables get left unattended from the previous diners. The employees are disgruntled if asked to address the status of things left behind.Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly but the games will cost you an extra 20$ per child if you let it. The games are more expensive to play compared to other venues. The gaming area is often dirty and unkept.
