Slow service and my papaya juice was missing the sugar. I ordered and I had to wait for another 25 minutes after I arrived to the restaurant.

I needed a quick bite as I was at the hair salon next door longer than expected. I ordered the oxtail stew which comes with pigeon pea Moro and tostones. I also ordered 2 beef empanadas. The food was quite tasty and flavorful. Everything was chefs kiss and I'd definitely return.

Worst place ever to order food! Ordered chicken fingers at 4:16pm and it kept calling for 2hrs and thry kept saying delivery was 3min away for 2 hours and had the audacity to charge full price for a food they knew it was saggy! Terrible service, owner has horrible customer service

Special thanks to Pedro and Dawyn for their incredible hospitality last night shown to Hyde Park Main Street's 10 th annual Carol Crawl. The food and ambience are always top notch! The pastelistos are always my Personal favorite - chicken and beef !

Do you have a new chef? Why does your chicken mofongo have bones and ligaments? Disgusting.I've been going there for years cuz it's been clean white chicken meat, now you changed. Why?

This is the first time I am ordering food from this restaurant and the last time.I ordered food delivery for food to be dropped off at my hotel via Yelp. My final bill for 2 dishes was $70 and that included tip, service fee, delivery fee.To my greatest surprise, I got a call from the delivery person complaining that he was not getting paid enough money to come drop off the food at my hotel . I inquired why he thought it was appropriate of him to call me about this... He stated he wanted more money from me upon delivery as he was driving a long distance to come drop off the food. I stated if the distance is far, the restaurant should not allow orders to come through their website Of course, I stated his call to me about this being very inappropriate, he should be having a discussion with the restaurant or his employer regarding his payments and not with the customer. The food finally arrived at my hotel almost an hour later, I ordered the fried snapper and the roasted pork. The pork was inedible , it was so salty and mushy, I had to throw this away. The green plantains (tostones) were soft and not crispy. They get 2 stars for the snapper ($39), it was edible.Overall, not a good experience with this restaurant. Over priced and poor quality food and service. Save yourself the trouble

Today I got my usual for the family, stew chicken, white rice and plantains. I order 3 helping to only be disappointed by the plantains. Plantains are an easy food to cook, don't over cook it let it get brown on all sides and it is done. Well today I got plantains that were soggy, drenched in oil, and it was more like a mushy sticky mess, ruined the whole meal.

Traveled to Boston for my birthday. Took a long, expensive Uber to our Airbnb and suddenly we were starving. Found this spot and dropped in with no clue what to expect. Truly one of the best meals we've had as a family. Our server was awesome, food was delicious, and God damn that little bottle of yellow homemade salad dressing on every table is good on everything!! Food took about 30 minutes to hit the table because it's fresh as can be. When we go back to "Bohston" I'm going here again. Delicious

Ordered food from here online, and when it arrived I was very confused. I ordered a MEAT platter and it was mainly fried yuca and French fries, with random over cooked pieces of meat. I also ordered pernil and was sent baked chicken. I guess pigs really do have wings. The food was decent but nothing like the reviews I've heard, maybe it's better for dining.

I stopped in to Rincon for some drinks so I can't rate the food but the smell was great. I didn't realize this place was there and also you can't tell from the outside but it's pretty big in there. The ladies all are very attentive and make great drinks, English is a little limited bit no problem at all. The decor is nice and the ambiance is very vibrant. Overall the menu looked a little on the pricey side but I'll have to come back and try the portions to measure. Great place to check out

I have been here a couple of times but my most recent visit took the cake. The 5 star rating is based on this week's visit. After trying a few other places, we came to Rincon for late night fun. We were greeted by friendly security at the door. You should expect to be lightly patted down. We showed IDs and walked towards the bar. We were promptly sat. The food and drinks were great! Try the sampler. The medium was good enough for 3 people. The food was fresh!!! There was a DJ, good music, large flat screen tvs, and just a good time. I'll be back!

Ordered lunch a while ago from here, was decent. Went the other night to eat in and sadly the experience was deplorable. I knew something was off when we walked in at 6 o'clock on a Saturday night and we were the only customers inside. When ordering off the menu, we had a question about what was in one of the seafood dishes. The waitress didn't even know the dish was on the menu, and had to look to read what it was called. At the end of it all, she only knew that the dish contained seafood of some kind, which was pretty obvious to us too. We gave her the benefit of doubt, and finished ordering our dishes. Perhaps this is a strategy to get customers hungrier in the hopes of ordering more food, but we waited 30 minutes before the waitress came over to inform us that the appetizers that we ordered (chicken and cheese turnovers) couldn't be cooked because the chef kept on messing up. We're talking about a dish on their menu that they didn't know how to cook. We ended up saying we'll just take the dinners we ordered last century asap please. I guess they didn't catch the asap part because we ended up wanting another 30 minutes for them. And of course throughout this whole ordeal Hispanic hip hop music was blasting at least 3 notches too loud, most likely to distract customers from the shitty service. Finally the waitress came back with the food. Mind you, this is only the second time we've seen her since we ordered. She must have been a magician because she had quite the disappearing act. We thought our troubles were over but in the seafood stew we found a piece of paper. Maybe they wanted us to get our fiber, or maybe it was a mistake, but either way it was the final straw. Not sure how this place is still in business but it won't be fit long if they keep their terrible service up #sad.
