I waited in the drive thru line for 47 minutes before receiving my order. Taco Bell needs to incentivize employees to work the toughest shift. Give them $30 an hour or something. They deserve it. That way you wouldn't have more than half the drive thru line

i know reviewing a fast food restaurant is just shouting into the void but holyyyyyyy shit this one is insanely bad. all the reviews are correct - it's 10-15min between taking orders for customers, so if you arrive with 5 cars ahead of you, expect a 50min - 1hr wait. if there is nobody in the drive thru, you'll only have to wait 10min at most to get your food. the food seems as though it's been made for an hour or more already, so it's strange that it takes so long to get it. no clue what the deal is, but if the staff cares so little about serving customers, imagine how much they care about keeping the kitchen clean. so gross.

Drive-thru wait time 15+ minutes. Crunchy tacos tasted odd after one bite. The items in my order had a strong odor of old kitchen grease. The guacamole had a layer of some type of oil on top of the guacamole in the small container. Discarded order.

Best fast food tacos if your budget doesn't let you go to a Mexican restaurant. Has lots of choices and very tasty even to the pickiest people. They often add more selections to try. The reason for a four star is that my favorite is the ranch Doritos tacos and they never have them anymore, only the nachos.
