Waited in line that did not move for 30 minutes. When I finally gave up there was what appeared to be one employee ignoring a line of cars stretching all the way to the entrance and just on his phone.

This location is a perfect example that customer service is DEAD!!!! When pulling up to the drive thru window one morning was told by the person at the window that they, "didn't feel like doing the drive thru right now, and I can either come in or come back later" REALLY??? For REAL lady!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! This location needs to be closed down. I've had several bad experiences before this one too, but this is it for me!!

There were quite a few things that weren’t as they should be. The drive thru was long but it moved along nicely. So they were out of beef, which didn’t bother me personally as I wasn’t planning on getting anything with that anyway. I ordered a black bean crunch wrap with no nacho cheese and added chipotle sauce instead… this was the worst Crunchwrap I could ever imagined, it wasn’t filled up properly, it did seem like it was lacking. It was floppy, which made me think the chip thing they put in it wasn’t even in there… The outside tortilla wasn’t sealed properly so everything could just fall out everywhere. Luckily I was able to fold it and eat it kinda like a taco, it tasted pretty good actually despite all the quality issues. She didn’t ask if I needed any sauce. I didn’t get a receipt which I like to upload my receipt to the app so I can get points etc. Also I tried to place a mobile order while I was waiting in the long line but I guess this location had it turned off and I guess the app has cheaper prices because my order would’ve been a dollar cheaper if I had been able to use it… Granted they were closing soon in like about 20-30 mins so I guess this is why it seemed like they were probably rushing.

Absolutely no customer service. Wanted to order, the employee said to me the kiosk is right behind you. I did not want to use a kiosk. Had to in order to get some food.

Open late! Only messed up 1 thing... But like I said, when it's Sunday at 1:20am and you're stomach is growling, they come thru... I just do drive

Hours say open til 1am. Verified at 10:45 that they were still open and went to get a bite for a friend, only to get there at 10:55 and be told they are closed for the night. Seriously. Uncool

Came in today and every table was filthy. There wasn't another soul in the building and their drive thru was relatively slow. I placed my dine-in order on the kiosk and asked the staff for my drink cup. Most ignored me and walked by. The lady working drive thru had to come over and give it to me. I sat at the table nearest to the counter and waited. A group came in and got their order and sat down. I walked to the counter and asked about mine. The employee was playing on her phone and it took a second to even get her attention. She said, "yours has been sitting up here for a while. We called you." She didn't even sit down her phone. I told the lady the I'm sitting at first table and never heard it. She rolled her eyes and said, "yeah, okay. Have a good day." and walked away... still playing on her phone. If the staff here worked as hard on their filthy lobby as they do playing on their phones their lobby would be spotless. Rude and lazy staff!

I have never heard taco bell only accepting delivery orders. I love taco bell so this really bothered me including I have to go to work and waited in traffic that took an hour to go alittle over 4 miles. This is troublesome. Ill update my reveiw if it doesnt happen again. They should at least have a really really good reason.

100% of the time my oder is half complete when they send me off. Tonight I tried to walk back in to show where the discrepancy was in the order and they acted like I didn't exist.Literally half of our oder was missing.Like if it happens once I get it. If it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME 5 TIMES IN A ROW. It's a systemic problem. This place needs new management Pronto.

Took a little over 20 minutes in drive thru after I ordered. Not before I was at window almost 10 minutes. Left without food had to go to work. I paid and I had to leave couldn't wait

The restaurant was filthy & although it was only one other customer in front of me & none through drive thru, its still took about 20 minutes to get my order. I will say it was only two employees there which I understand the difficulty of running a flawless restaurant with just two ppl & they were polite.??‍♀️

Very sad about my recent experience here. Waited 45 minutes in line, but used the app to prepay so couldn’t back out. The employee was not friendly at all, and my food was soggy because the line moved so slowly. Tried to file a complaint on their app too, and the website wouldn’t accept it… Will not be returning to this location.

Thought I’d try Taco Bell a second night in a row after leaving the lengthy non moving line last night. Tonight, same dilemma. Cars wrapped around the building. Nothing fast about this joint. Taco Bell going downhill faster than the economy.

I was picking up an Uber order and arrived at approximately 12:20am. I sat in line for 37 mins. 10 of those were sitting 1 car away from the order microphone. They ignored the car in front of me for 10 mins and at 12:59am told them they had closed. They told me the same thing and would not let me pick up my order. Costing me valuable time wasted in thru drive thru and money I had earned but wouldn't receive because they refused to give me the order. Terrible, terrible customer service

We waited in line for over an hour and when we got to the box to order we were told they were closed, but we looked and it said they were open for almost another hour.
