PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION! At night time this location is alright, but during the day time around lunch you need to avoid the location like the plague. I come here all the time mostly at night and today I came around 1:40 ish and the guy (who's of Hispanic decent) who's at the window (hes normally at the window making drinks and running the drive-thru) ALWAYS HAS DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY HANDS!!!!! I made a mental note last time because i saw how disgusting it was and this time today i go back and hes running the drive thru and making my drinks and when i go to hand him my card guess what? he takes it with his DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY HANDS! I'm not even playing this fool doesn't EVER wash his hands. imagine a homeless persons hands, i'm sure y'all know how dirty their hands are, yeah well that's how DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY his hands are!, I got the number 2 supreme and a freeze for my drink and I completely threw the drink in the garbage when I got home, I had to waste money to avoid getting sick by his DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING HANDS! So i'm mad that I had to waste a good freeze that I wasn't able to drink, so I call Taco Bell and ask to speak to a manager(to report him), and guess what? THAT EXACT SAME GUY ANSWERS SAYING "MANAGER SPEAKING" ( I hung up after hearing his voice) BOY YOU AIN'T NO MANAGER CAUSE YOU KNOW DANG GOOD AND WELL SOMEONE WAS CALLING TO REPORT YOU AND YOUR DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY HANDS!!! That's cool though ill call tomorrow and talk to your store manager and report you for not only having DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING HANDS! But for also claiming to be a manager when I know for a fact you're not a manager. That's what happens when you fail to wash your DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY HANDS! and when you lie to me. And if anyone of y'all don't believe me please go see it for yourself, go during the day cause that's when he normally works and you'll see HOW DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING HIS HANDS REALLY ARE. That disgusting kid is the reason why I will never go back to that location, i'm at a loss for words that his co-workers don't say anything to him, COMPLETE loss for words. This location is in a busy area but it's still quiet and never crowded and relaxing.You will see people walk by because it's near a grocery store and gas station.
The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. The refried beans were not fit to eat. They were super thick and had a funny taste. So we threw out the nacho bell grande. The other food was pretty good though. Normally that location has delicious food.

I was there last night ordered nacho bellgrada it was very bad no meat all the chips were broken just cold beans the cream cheese bites were old and the fries i geuss were the bottom of the pan not a very good dinner i paid 15.00 for food i had to throw in the garbage tried to call and speak to the manager about this and was only connected to the fax machine phone number i geuss their probably tired of hearing how bad their food is???!!
