I came to grab a quick bite for my son and I and our food was cold. We ordered a cruchwrap meal and the drink was flat. This the 4th time I've been to this location and something was wrong. I like this one cause it's closer to my house but i think it's time to stop coming here.

I was in this location earlier today. Awaiting a DoorDash order. When I witnessed the manager who I believe to be named Sydney, publicly embarrassed an employee working the front counter. She made comments that were unprofessional in front of guests about the employee's weight. The woman working the front counter was extremely busy and so polite with me while I waited. She was exceeding expectations by doing her job professional and efficient. I just think it is wrong that her own manager would say the things that she said to her in front of a lobby full of guests. If I could give zero stars I would. I just think that this should be an issue that should be worked out with the higher above.
