What an awful experience. This location has the absolute worst staff we have ever seen. No one was prepared to work and they especially were not prepared in life with manners or kindness. Take your business to the one in White House + Springfield and you will not be disappointed. I stood up there waiting on the worker to help me, all I needed was silverware. My husband eventually came up there and took my place because my food was getting cold. I was looked directly at by multiple workers and no one offered to ask if I needed anything. I did not end up finishing my meal so I had to go up and ask for a box, again I was walked right past by multiple workers and the lady that ended up handing me my box was so awful. She ended up hitting her fist and made an awful childish sound once she handed me my box and I walked off. This is a great way to get fired and lose business. If you don’t want to help people out, go home and sit on your couch or get a job at a funeral home where it is silent and you have no one to argue with ??♀️

We were disappointed in this location. We stopped in for dinner. I ordered the Zensation Salad. I was expecting for it to look like the picture but it was lacking alot. Was very small for $9.99 and it didn't look to have all of the toppings as pictured. The egg roll was nice however. The coke zero tasted like it was almost out in the machine, so I switched it for watery sweet tea. The employees, especially the front register, acted as if she didn't want to be there and was not friendly at all. We won't be visiting here again.

They forgot all my Zaxby sauce then they put too much ice in my drink so it taste like water down soda no straws no forks and they gave us boneless wings when it was supposed to be traditional wings won't go to the Zaxby's ever again do not work recommend and their server was OK the dude at the window was high
