Every time I order here I'm always missing food, there's never utensils in the bag or napkins. I ordered an extra biscuit and never received it. The temperature of the food was poor. The dasher called me and informed me that they were out of Lemonade. I replaced it with a Dr. Pepper and received a Coke.

I mean the food was good. Ordered a 2 PC meal and two 4 piece chicken strip meals. They forgot a chicken strip off each meal. Forgot silverware. Forgot the sauce. Forgot her fries. We still love KFC food. Sure wish they would open our buffet back up.

We ordered a big order on the mobile app no problem there, got to the store early and went inside to wait and overheard the lady at the cash register tell another costumer that the fryer wasn't working they couldn't make over half of what we ordered.we asked to cancel the order she told us she couldn't do it that we had to as long as the order had not been filled. By the time my husband got back out to the car to tell me, they had pushed the order through as complete so we could not cancel. We called the number you're supposed to use to cancel & after 15 minutes on the phone he told us he couldn't help us because we had already received our food, when we tried to tell him no we never did he kept talking over us. The call ended with someone supposed to call or email to help us. Not a single phone call or email & $50 lost, we most deffinitely will not be returning.

The person waiting on me said something to me under her breath ,I ask her to repeat what she said and she wouldn't. Very rude. My food was greasey and cold. I live 1 and 1/2 miles from the place.

Went thru the drive thru and got my order pretty quick and left. Got home and just had half my order. Try to call and they would not answer. So I had to drive back up there and I live 15 miles away from them.

Dang KFC. 8 piece meal went from 20 dollars to 30 in a years time. That's not the worst part. Today my potatoes where about half ration too. Something like skimping on instant potatoes is gonna cost y'all a lot more then it will save.

Such a sad experience. Wasn't edible. Everything was barely warm except for the chicken but it was old and not crispy. You expect KFC chicken skin to be battered & crispy. 8 piece meal...I miss the KFC from yesteryear.
So I came at 11:04 AM and I had to wait for minutes for fries because they said they ran out and I asked him why didn’t you drop some when you saw that you were running out and they just looked at me. They kept insisting that I pulled forward because I was going to run up drive-through time. They seem to be more worried about their time than they are about their customers.

I went through the drive thru and service was great. The food was not. The chicken leg, biscuit and thigh was hard and extremely small. The potato and gravy was good though. I won't go back because for $8.77 I expect good food.
