Took about 10 minutes to get our food at 3:30ish in the afternoon. Cashier was pleasant but got our order wrong. Flies were buzzing all around the cash register while we waited. No ice in the drink machine. Wouldn't recommend this location.
Ordered food for dine in. Place was empty. They put the fries down once the burgers were ready. We finished our burgers before the fries came out. They put the fries in a basket and didnt even look like a large. Just overall unprofessional. First and last time to try Hardees.

Crazy how its ran...outof orange juice at 930am on a Saturday..waited 30 min for biscuits..and then on my to go order got home and biscuits had chicken grease on them them and crumbing apart where they made a chicken biscuit a gravy except i had gravy in a bowl for take out and made there switch real apparent..planning on getting corporate to get our Powell location a great place or close it up..sad way to run business...
