I went inside and I was the only one there. I ordered $14.00 worth of food and waited 20 minutes for the food under the name Char S. The cinnamon twists tasted like rancid old grease, literally inedible. The staff was cranking out to-go orders and were surprisingly kind despite the chaos.

I went thru the drive thru and order the nachos belgrande combo meal and the new cravings box upgrading that to include the fries. My total was $19.95. Got home and was so disappointed. The nachos bell grande was half the size it was last time i ordered and the taco was ice cold. The cravings box was the cheaper $5 box instead of the $10 one. I started to call but why bother. I will just end up with unwanted garnished as a result of complaining.

I'm actually very sad to leave this review. I consider this to be "The nice Taco Bell" in North side of Knoxville.I was eating a deluxe cravings box( Chalupa) and as I chewed it bit into a very hard piece. I looked it seemed to be a bone? Not entirely sure but to be transparent it looks like a chicken bone that was spat or broken off into my food. I'm disgusted and not even bothered with going to the store. I just got my food maybe around 11:30pm 12/9/23. The cashier was great but this is disgusting and I'm not eating from this again.

Jordan went above and beyond tonight while i went through the line to grab some dinner. i didn’t have my debit card on me so she paid for my meal. i was shocked. it was so refreshing to see someone who has so much pride in what they do they treat their customers like family! thank you so much Jordan!
