My husband and I came in to upgrade our phones today at the Emory Road location. We were very happy with the service that Linwood provided us there. I would recommend that you come into the store if you ever need service or would like to purchase a new phone.
Amelia at the Verizon store on Emory Rd was so kind and sweet very knowledgeable and professional. She helped me pick the right phone for my needs showed me how to work it because I am not a tech person and even came out to my car to help me hook up to my Bluetooth. She gave outstanding customer service! It’s the service like this that has kept me with Verizon for over 15 years.

I came into the new location of Verizon in front of Ingles shopping center having to change out an old phone to a new line. Linwood was very helpful and getting me a SIM card at no charge. He also I help me with an insurance claim. I would recommend the store and Linwood if you need a phone or need service after the sale or between sales.
