This place has bad service .they wanted to sit us at the bar-we are not drinkers...we were sitting and sat there 20 minutes with no service .I noted that black couple came in 10 minutes after us and they were waited on right away. We are white is that the problem is you establishment is racists.

The food was amazing; however the service was acceptable but she only brought me a water once.

I recently visited this cheddar’s and when I say it was a great experience I mean a great experience! The waitress Lanae was amazing super friendly and the sweetest person I’ve met in a long time. I definitely will return back to this location! Great service!
Food was dried put and fixed incorrectly. Jennifer (manager) suggested I drive back over there to get it fixed again. No apology, no concern, customer service or anything. I better get my money back. I definitely won't order here again.Try the one in Hendersonville...much better than this location.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Our server was very attentive to our needs and the service was very fast. Our food was extremely delicious. I ordered the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection.The prices were very reasonable, especially considering today's economy and everyone else's prices.On the way out, the manager even stopped to ask us how our visit went. That was the finishing touch on a wonderful dining experience. Keep up the good work Cheddars!!!

First time here. As a DF and GF person they had options for me. I ordered the salmon grilled without and sauce or glaze. Got the steamed broccoli and coleslaw as a side. For the non GF and DF people they bring out warm croissant rolls drenched in butter. My husband says they were delicious. I also enjoyed the strawberry lemonade with real fruit. My husband got the Dijon Chicken with mushrooms. He says a it was good.
