Popcorn Mix
A yummy mixture of your favorites – cheddar popcorn and caramel corn.
Chips and Dip
Restaurant style corn tortilla chips served with your choice of one dip – salsa, guacamole, queso, or beer cheese. Additional dip cups for an additional charge.
Marinated Olives and Cheese
A delicious blend of olives, marinated in garlic, lime juice and fresh herbs. Served with mild cheddar and pepper Jack cheese cubes and crackers.
Hummus Plate
Original hummus served with fresh raw veggies and pretzel chips.
Pimento Cheese Plate
A house-made blend of sharp cheddar and parmesan cheeses, with Duke's mayonnaise and a touch of minced onion and cayenne pepper. Served with fresh raw veggies and pretzel chips.
Hot Beer Cheese
A warm, gooey serving of melted, cheesy goodness – spiked with our Yellow Jacket APA. Served with naan dippers and Granny Smith apple slices.
Hot Dog
We take an all-beef hot dog, grill it on the flat-top and serve it with your choice of toppings, a bag of kettle chips and pickle spears.
Nachos
Tortilla chips, seasoned beef, black beans, queso blanco, shredded Cheddar Jack, black olives, fresh jalapenos and cilantro, piled high and topped with a drizzle of crema and choice of two sides – salsa, guacamole or tzatziki sauce.
Chicken Wings
8 piece bone-in wings, served naked, dry rubbed (spicy/hot), or tossed in one of three sauces – garlic parmesan (no heat), sweet chili (a little heat), or buffalo (heat). Served with your choice of ranch or bleu cheese for dipping, along with celery and carrot sticks.
Boneless Chicken Wings
8 pieces of perfectly breaded, boneless chicken, served naked or in your choice of one of three sauces – garlic parmesan (no heat), sweet chili (a little heat), or buffalo (You know, buffalo). Served with your choice of ranch or bleu cheese for dipping, along with celery and carrot sticks.
Quesadilla
Three cheese blend combined with our house spice mix nestled inside a perfectly grilled flour tortilla – served with sour cream and salsa – muy bueno!
For Our Little Buddies
A sandwich of sunflower butter and strawberry fruit spread on whole wheat bread, served with applesauce, Pepperidge Farms goldfish and 100% apple juice.

My husband and I love going to Trivia on Tuesdays at BS Brew Works. We live about an hour a way so we don't get to go as often as we would like. It has always been a fun atmosphere with great food and beer. But they have taken it all up a notch. Their expanded food menu with more non-alcoholic beverages, like unsweet iced tea and sodas, has exploded with options since our visit last summer. There are plenty of wonderful indulgences on the menu, but they also offer delicious...

Great place! Love the relaxed vibe and the owners and staff are nice! The Bobcat blonde brew was delicious (perfect for ppl who are new to craft beers) the sweet chili wings were really good, and the bbq sandwich and bbq nachos are too! Defiantly recommend!

One of my favorite places to visit, it feels like coming home and you’re treated as such as soon as you walk through the door. The owners are amazing and all the staff are so friendly. A pint of Midsummers brown ale and a pretzel with cheese is something I always look forward to! We’re so lucky to have a place like this in Springfield.
