Out of all the years I've eaten there, I've only had them mess up on 1 order, but they were quick to make it right and offered extra to make up for the inconvenience. Always great staff that go the extra mile for thier customers. I've never recieved food from any location that tasted like it had been cooked in old oil like at so many other fast food business's. Great Job Chick-fil-a!
Stopped in for lunch while working at Dyess AFB. Food was served quickly and staff was excellent. Had the chicken sandwich. This chain by far has got to be the best fast food chain out there. I have never had a bad experience with food or any employee at the many Chick-fil-a Restaurants I have visited across the country.

We were walking the Mall of Abilene for exercise and were hungry as we completed our walk. We ended near Chick-fil-A as it was opening. While they do not serve their breakfast menu at the mall, they were ready to serve their daily menu items. The service was top notch! We enjoyed a grill chicken sandwich and grilled chicken nuggets with waffle fries. Everything was prepared fresh, served promptly at our table, and it was pipping hot. What a wonderful way to end our exercise.
