We're still here and I am compelled to write a review about this fantastic place. I am in a state of bliss post-chocolate cream cronut. This is really how pastry should be. This is the real deal.
Between both of us, we tried a chocolate cream cronut, a strawberry cream croffle, an iced hazelnut latte, and an iced Thai tea with tapioca boba. Outstanding, absolutely outstanding.
The service we received was pleasant. The vibe in here is an eclectic mix of Rocky mountain lodge and coffee house. It's giving "you really need to check Caffe Promenade out ASAP."
10/10 will definitely visit again.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps and plenty of space for a wheelchair to pull up to a table.
Love the friendly service and the coffee! I found a new place to work and focus, will be coming back for sure. Price is reasonable too compared to other inflated prices at other coffee or boba shops I’ve seen lately

Cafe Promenade has a special place in my heart. It was the first local coffee spot I found that was closest to my residence that I tried after moving to Allen. The owners are cool and down to earth. I go there mainly for their coffee but occasionally grab a bite or two, to go. My personal favorite coffee beverage is their Dalgona Candy Latte, with 2 extra shots (3 total). Their breakfast sandwich always hit the spot, I usually order the croissant breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg and American cheese. Their bulgogi sandwich is the star of the show, but only available after 10AM and only on weekdays. Cafe Promenade has a rewards program, but I think it's fairly weak. You get $1.00 off your order after every 10th drink, lol. They need to revamp their rewards program to the likes of Dutch Bros or Starbucks.

The were open early and that's always a plus. I was here for about three hours starting from just after 6:00 and using Caffe Promenade as my first "office" of the day. A great coffee and a delicious donut as I powered away at the keyboard.The place is comfortable, a little eclectic and quite busy with people coming and going to get their coffee in the morning. The drive through was busy the entire time I was here!
