Arrived to small boy who greeted us that there was no buffet, just dine in order off menu. I ordered egg drop soup and was given a plastic carry out tub with plastic utensils. Shortly after our food arrived all in sealed carry out containers. Only a few other people there and right during dinner hour. From out of town but would never go back.

Shhhhh..... This is a secret so, don't tell anyone. The more sketchy looking the Asian restraunt the better the food. This place is a hidden gem. Just go in and expect good food at a fair price. You will be pleasantly pleased. (no buffet)

We went in because it was buffet style and found out they do not do buffet style anymore. You order by the plate. We went in and ordered but opted to take it to go instead. Everyone enjoyed their food. Only thing I think they could do better at is the lighting we couldn't see our menus to order.

Great Service! Was taken care off in a timely manner. Food was fresh and came out fast! Was accommodating to 13 people.

Panda Buffet? No buffet at all. Humm? We were told they didn't have the buffet and half the restaurant was so dark it was hard to see. Decided to not dine here since we were looking forward to a buffet and it didn't exist.

Only place open on a Sunday, which was also New Year's day. The food was fresh since the buffet was closed. The food sections were pretty good I give it 4 stars since there were no sushi, which was I came for.

Seemed to be the only place open in Alpine on Christmas Day. Service was quick but the food was not good at all! Oddly the soup and the Lo Mein were served in to go plastic containers even though I said I wanted to dine in. Soup too salty and Lo Mein reeked of bad oil. Left after a few spoonfuls of soup.

The restaurant now only provides menu for dine in or takeaway. The food is flavorful and service is friendly. If it's nice outside, walk across the street and enjoy your meal outdoors.Vegetarian options: Vegetable soup, vegetable egg roll are the appetizers and there's a section of vegetable only lunch/dinner entreesParking: No issues to park at or near restaurantWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for the entrance

Dirty. Food wasn't tasty. Walking in and seeing the mess of supplies everywhere was a real turnoff.

We ate here in April 2021. At that time, due to Covid, we could only order take-out. It was yummy, so we were looking forward to coming back during this visit. We've never known this place as a buffet, so that is not disappointing to us. I guess it is for some people because the staff immediately pointed that out as we walked in. We ordered from the lunch menu. Meals were brought out in to-go style containers instead of plates. Whatever. It works. I ordered the pepper steak with onions. It was delicious. I don't remember what my husband ordered, but here's a photo of it. He said his was also delicious. Our server was friendly, but she never came back. We didn't need anything until it was time to get our ticket. We went to find her. She was chopping veggies in the kitchen. The guy at the cash register says that we pay there. That would've been nice to know. We wouldn't have sat there so long waiting for the server to come back. At one point, I used the ladies room. I guess it was clean, but it's hard to tell. The building is extremely old and that bathroom really shows its age. It's pretty gross-looking. The place badly needs updating. Their food is delicious though.Parking: Parking on the side and on the street

Centrally located family run spot. Food was okay but very reasonably priced. Was open for dinner during Thanksgiving which was a huge plus.

If you are driving through Alpine don't miss this gem!! The dishes that we got was one of the best meals I've had in Alpine. I've tried several of the restaurants this past month and this has been my favorite. Seriously, delicious! It's family owned and I can imagine the struggle they must of had through COVID times. There is no longer a buffet, it is individual dishes from their menu. Which is my preference anyway. No one can sneeze on my food or drop a scoop from their dirty hands as individual orders. The family was so kind. There were not many people who ate inside and I hope that more folks stop in. There were lots of folks who came in to pick up to go orders. As a business owner myself, I can understand the overhead of maintaining a building, having to let staff go and still keep up with quality services after COVID. While the inside shows need of TLC, the service was delightful and the food was amazing. Don't miss this opportunity for great food!

No longer a buffet, and have to order off their menu. However the food was DELICIOUS! Service was great! Would eat here again!

Thought about this for a while trying to find a way to give four stars but just couldn't do it. The service was certainly very friendly and of good quality, but the entree wasn't. The food wasn't necessarily bad but it wasn't good either. Ordered kung pao chicken from lunch menu, but should have been called celery chicken due to unbalanced about of the vegetable. Normally this dish should be moderately spicy, but it was very bland. Flavor was uninspired. At the moment there are supply chain issues, and nowhere is this more acute than in rural America. The chicken and celery was cooked well enough. Both were fresh. With that said, I'll definitely try them again some other time. They appear to have the potential to be quite good.

The food was DELICIOUS.The building is old and not very organized. So I had a unsettling feeling that maybe the food wouldn’t be great. I WAS WRONG,The food was very very very delicious. Served fast and hot. We ordered off menu. Buffet wasn’t available. We ordered serval plates, each one could feed 2-3 people. So we all shared. I recommend it.
